the issue I have with email being down is not for business purposes; as we have a true business solution. But my personal email (solely apple based) I use for bills, commerce, airline, my son's school, etc.
So why many can argue (and I agree) pick a solid business provider for your email (I.E. MS exchange server), the fact that iCloud is down certainly does not make it any less difficult to conduct daily life's needs- (at least in our day and age).
I really wonder what the hell is going on with this tbh; not even any tech blogs seem to be picking it up.
