Just got off the phone with Apple support. They basically insist they have no issues on their system. They will not escalate further. The system support guy will research on iCloud further before calling me back on Friday. But they insisting it’s my device fault. Is frustrating when it is obviously a backend issue. I hope everyone will call and file support requests

Apple: Deny Reboot Deny Reset Factory Reset Deny Oh We Found The Issue.

sigh.....

This may have been mentioned previously, but please use Feedback Assistant to submit reports so we can get these issues looked at and fixed! (I too am having similar issues, specifically with my M1 Mac — not my iOS/iPadOS devices, or Intel devices).

my iPhone, iPad, and one MacBook Pro are accurate as of last night, and my other MacBook Pro is showing nothing for any of the other devices.

I'm also experiencing this… I just notice it although for a while I was thinking was off. Anyhow… iPad and iPhone are on iOS 14.2 and MBP on 11.0.1.

By the way… hasn't no one tried to logout and login from icloud account on their devices to check if the issue is solved?

Thanks a lot for your replies… Then I'm not going to do that because it's clearly not working.

In the meantime, it happened to me like others here. iOS gadgets have regain the ability to sync tabs, but the computer with Big Sur is still on the blind regarding others tabs.

I'm having the same issue, I don't know exactly for how long, but probably since this topic started.
I have 2 iOS/iPadOS devices running both 14.2 and 2 Macs running Catalina 10.15.7 + Safari 14.0.1.
Handoff, keychain, bookmarks, reading list is working fine, but iCloud tabs are not existing or old.
It's good to read I'm not the only one, but it's not good to see that after nearly 2 weeks Apple didn't solve this problem. By the way I do remember also that the Podcast app didn't pick up on another device where I left. That's also through iCloud. But the last few days the Podcast app synced fine.

Misery loves company...not working on my MacBook Early '13, or brand spanking new 27" iMac...looks like iOS devices are working somewhat (even showing tabs from the Macs, albeit out of time sync)

well I have to add my tale:
iPad and iPhone X running latest iOS - show tabs but it takes them forever to be updated (forever is 12 hours)
2019 iMac will not show any tabs from iOS devices
HOWEVER - it I delete a bookmark on either of my Mac or iOS devices - it syncs immediately

My call to support ended predictably on Friday. The Apple Support engineers have NO concept that anything could ever be wrong with iCloud. It really must be great to drink the koolaid and ONLY koolaid.

Surveying others to see if maybe we have something in common - I did recently upgrade to AppleOne for storage, news etc and chose the family plan. Did anyone else having this problem also change to this for iCloud?

Lucky I'm not the only one. Just tried to use iCloud tabs to open some from the phone on the Mac, was showing different tabs, so I closed safari on Mac and reopened it and now neither the phone or Mac is showing iCloud tabs.

Nope, haven't moved to Apple One, waiting for my free Apple TV+ to expire in Feb. Yet, still facing this issue 😩

Apple One: I moved to this service, but the problem happens to my colleague as well, and he doesn't use Apple One. So it seems, it's not related to this service.

In fact, the problem is kinda weird: I asked him if he had issues with tabs sync, he told me, "No it's fine".
On his devices it was all synced well from iPhone to iPad to Mac. But, as soon as he closed a tab remotely. All was broken, the same problem we have. The tabs disappeared on all his devices.
