Neither font is included with Photoshop.... they are not system fonts nor possibly part of an Adobe collection.

However, for a small fee I can recreate the logo for you...

The bottom font is Gotham, not sure on the top. It's similar to Fute PL, LTC Twentieth Century, and Neutraface but all those O's are too round.
