Well my backup case will be here tomorrow. I can fondle that while waiting for the phone to ship 🤣

Probably will end up getting the Blue 13 with these:

I bought this case, the Caseology Parallax, for my 13 Pro Sierra Blue. I've bought the Caseology Parallax case for a few phones now; I've tended to like it as it seems to give the protection of a dual case while feeling more like a single piece case and is relatively cheap (under $15).

I wanted an Apple leather but really didn't care for the color choices this year. I likely would have bought Blackbrook's (formerly known as Burkley) Barlow Magsafe leather case, in Ostrich or Monaco Blue, but they won't release until Oct. 5 and I don't want to leave the phone "unprotected" (or, better word, slippery). I do prefer leather cases, so my current plan is to wait until Black Friday and see if there are cases I like better, or buy the Blackbrook Barlow when they have their Black Friday sale.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid S

I love this case and had been using it for my iPhoneX for 3 years.

I go nude on the screen. Don’t believe in screen protectors.

I'm thinking about the pink silicone..... I don't like any of the leather colors this year... but I thought I remember not liking the feel of the silicone in the past? my other choice is a Kate Spade polka dot if they come out with one for the 13 pro max.

The kate spade holographic flowers one was amazing. I might grab that one

Otterbox Aneu Series - Light blue

The ring on the back is just the design of the case. There’s a magnetic strip inside like previous versions.

Not sure if the bottom sags like others have mentioned. It’s certainly not as stiff as the apple silicone. Will test it out when the new phone comes on Friday.

Feels nice in the hands and does not attract dust.

My Spigen tough armour for iPhone 13 Pro (graphite) arrived this morning. Side by side with the same case for XR.

I tend to use the middle logo cut out as a “rest” so the much lower positioning on the iPhone 13 seems more comfortable.

Also a marginally smaller footprint than the XR - nice.

Remainder is the same as the XR version - same materials and design. The XR one has been in use for a little over a year. Some scratches etc but nothing catastrophic. It does hold on to sweaty palms but nothing a quick wipe doesn’t solve.

Tough armor is a great case! Nice materials, solid protection and well thought out design, including the subtle curves at the rear edges that make it comfortable to grip.

It’s in the middle. It’s not as rubbery as the premium otter boxes (with the fine texture that grips really well) but definitely not slippery. I never worry the phone is going to fall out of my hand or feel that I need a pop socket or anything like that; very easy to grip.

So far, neither of the versions I’ve used have gotten a patina that makes them more slick either. They look more or less the same as the day I got them.

Only annoyance is that occasionally crumbs or debris will get lodged in the groves on the back of the case. Although, frankly it’s kind of relaxing cleaning it out with my fingernails in long meetings.

I have one sitting here on my desk right now, waiting for my new phone. It's more of a hard rubber finish - somewhere in between slippery and grippy. I've been using a Speck Presidio Grip on my XS, and the Liquid Air's back is more slippery/not as grippy as the Speck. The Liquid Air does have some knurling molded into the sides of the case so it should be secure enough in the hand, but I prefer a grippier back than it has, so my phone doesn't slide around. It'll do for now, but when Speck comes out with more colors of the Presidio2 Grip for the 13 Pro I'll probably go back to it.
Thanks for the replies.

I went ahead and ordered the Liquid Armor as well as the Thin Fit and I will just decide which one I like more and return the other.

Bought this from Amazon Japan for like $11. The quality is like what Spigen & Otterbox are producing but less the price. Choosed a case with card slot for my convenience at work.

I’m sticking with this cheap bumper I purchased on Amazon when I got my 11 Prom Max.

I was a bulky case guy until I fell in love with the bumper when the iPhone 4 bumper program came out and have been #TeamBumper ever since.

I cannot tell you how many times I have dropped my 11 Pro Max, sometimes pretty violently, and this thing has stood up the whole time … kind of amazed by how I’ve not broken it to be honest.

I would go caseless if my anxiety would allow it, but this by far the closest thing I’ve come to the casesless form factor in a bumper. Plus I do a ton of filming with gimbals, mics and other attachments and the case allows most to fit without removing and doesn’t weight down my gimbal.

With the 13 Prom max only being 1/4 mm thicker I took a flyer on the 12 Pro Max version of this case, with it being a bumper and not having worrying about the camera bumper I’m pretty sure it’ll fit fine.

Didn’t apple move the side buttons down?!! I’m the same way, I’m going to try the bumper I have on my 12 PM.

i'm choosing between Otterbox Aneus and Apple silicon case for my 12 pro max. i'm leaning toward the Aneus, but does it feel bulkier on the edges compare to Apple silicon cases?

@MassiveBeers and @rmeadejr I've been hunting for a bumper case as well. This is the only one I can find so far. It's not for me but maybe it'll help you guys out.

Wood & Aluminum Bumper

Edit: apparently it feels really good when you push the buttons lol

Anyone have any girly case recommendations? I love pink and sparkles. Needs to be protective though. Has anyone used velvet caviar before?
Yes, I have 7 of their cases for my IPhone 12 PM. Their cases are really protective while still being cute.

I also use Casetify cases as well. They also have very girly, cute protective cases as well. I have 4 cases from them for my 12 PM

What can I say I’m a case junky. Lol

Decided to use a cheap clear case to start with. I am eyeing the Bare Naked EX case. The thinest iPhone case you can get. Going to use the iCarez Screen protector.
