Why Me

I ordered my iMac at 11:00pm on august 7 and they gave me a shipping date of September 12th. So what the hell? I got the
20" 2.4
2gigs Ram
320 hard drive
256 card
wireless Keyboard and Mouse

After waiting so long now I feel like canceling:mad:!

Its because you ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse. Call them and get rid of those from the order, and your time will be greatly reduced.

Well my Free Ipod and Free Printer shipped, also my 4gb ram from OCW, but no Imac. Hurry it up Apple!!! I will have ram ipod and printer on friday but no computer!!!!!

I did just as you said and my new iMAC now ships August 10th instead of September 12. I still will be getting the wireless keyboard but by itself in September. Thanks Again.:D
 
Just got mine delivered. Beautiful! my brother and sister were even amazed. The keyboard is TINY!. Only nig would be the black outline, it does look weird but i'll live. Also the black apple logos seems weird.

Its very thin, screen is amazing, blazing fast with just 1GB another GB is on its way. Overall thumbs up.

The only item I custom configured was the larger hard drive. I have already ordered another 1GB memory from Crucial. I also included in the order an Airport Extreme and Apple TV.

It doesn't seem deliveries to Australia are any longer than anywhere else!
 
My "free" ipod arrived this morning... that was fast... my printer should arrive as well today... but my 24" imac has not shipped yet...

Do you guys think getting the free printer is worth it? How do you submit a rebate for the printer and ipod? THanks.

Checked this morning, and it was shipped but no delivery date yet and it's coming from Shanghai, China? Hoping it will get here on Monday! I can't wait but a little nervous about converting to the MAC from a PC.

Now since I'm heading down to school on the 15th, I had it shipped to my house at school. The only problem is I ordered an iPod with my order and those ship much quicker:

So my questions are 1)Is there any way to split up the shipping addresses, so my iPod comes to my Home home, and my computer is sent to my House at school? and 2)Do you have to sign for the iPod when it comes? Because that might work out because they make 3 attempts (I believe) and then stays in the local warehouse for 5 days. If that is all true I can pick up my iPod once I get down to school. If they leave the iPod on the doorstep (which I don't think they would do, but you never know) that would be bad as it would be sitting there if noone could get it for me.

Any insight would be welcomed.

I think it is worth it... I am getting $300 back... $200 for the ipod and $100 back for the printer... I believe you can fill out the information online- I'll fill out the forms when I get my imac...

My printer will be free and the video ipod will actually cost me $50... so yes it is worth it...

Miine is coming from Shanghai, China. I was really surprised...I'd thought it would be shipped within the United States.
