. I didn't want to wait because shipping to Canada is 10-15 business days . This setup was under $20 difference from the Lexington & is less bulky...for me anyways.

if i could find it for less i would buy that and a smart cover too.

$60 is correct, Lexington was going to cost me around $43 shipped. I prefer the Belkin because it protects the top/bottom of the iPad a little more imo. Both would be great choices, can't go wrong with either.
Got my Smart Feather today - shipped Thurs from CA to Westchester, NY in 2 days via regular USPS - pretty good. Really like the fit and feel of the case. I have the feather on my iPhone 4S and love it and this is very similar. Little nervous about some of the exposed spots but overall really like the combo w/ the black leather smart cover.
One question - are the Incipio screen protectors decent? I ordered a Power Support crystal film and totally botched the installation. Had to yank the think off. I've installed 4 or 5 PS films w/ no issues. Anyway I'm debating ordering another one but then I saw the Incipio arrived w/ a screen protector.
So is it any good? And maybe more importantly, will it leave residue if I yank it off and replace w/ a PS film? I really love the PS films so likely to ultimately go w/ that.

Same thing happened to me with th PS crystal film, and botched is an understatement. Lol. It grabbed every bit of pet hair and dust in the house. Horrible experience.
Kinda curious about this myself. I have it sitting in the box and am going with a naked screen right now. I am just hesitant to degrade this beautiful screen.

Now it looks like it will fit. So I got the Lexington, but torn as to which one I want. Any thoughts on the Seidio?
In the meantime, picked up a padlette from amazon and I'm really liking it. Easy to use and highly functional.

Hey guys, i went out shopping today and went into best buy, target and radioshack and some other stores in the mall.
now this came unexpected but i found a REALLY nice case that i absoloutly love, it is designed for the new ipad as well as ipad 2, it is made by belkin ,its called the belkin cinema folio for the new ipad.
it costs $49.99 and is made of "Genuine leather" unlike the fake "vegan leather' that the incipio lexington is made of.
I checked it out at the store, very solid feel, the leather feels great aswell, doesnt make the iPad really bulky. this also has 4 rubber corners that u just snap the ipad in and keep the beautiful face of the iPad visible.
I mean it is a really great case IMO, it also has a tiny Flap on the front.
Now i tested the Wake and Sleep feature and it worked Every single time with the new iPad so this case doesn't have that defect like other cases have where the sleep function doesn't work.
So i think im pretty much going to cancel my Lexington order for sure now, its a no brainer to add what like.. 14 bucks extra over the lexington and buy a case that i TESTED in hand, that i will have now and not have to wait to receive like i waited already 2 weeks for the lexington, it is made of genuine leather and has a 100% working sleep/wake function with the new iPad.
It also doesn't make the iPad bulky, its still light yet feels solid in your hand unlike a naked iPad

i didn't buy it yet guys, i took my iPad to the store to test it out thats how i know the sleep/wake function works.
Radioshack is the store that had the case. im going to go back to radioshack tomorrow and buy the case for sure.
i pretty much made up my mind, i mean again, im gonna add like what.. 14 bucks and get a Genuine leather case, not the fake "Vegan" leather case with a WORKING sleep/wake function and most of all, a case that i can have NOW. im using my Ipad 3 naked right now and i dont want that.
Besides, None of us really know how or what the Lexington even feels like or looks like in real life so we're pretty much gambling here. Yes, it does look like a great case, but now that i seen this belkin case it changed my mind because the Lex is not leather, its some Unknown material called Vegan leather that we dont know what it feels like and so... u get what i mean.

any photos? cant find on their website..I mean im sure the Lex is gonna be a nice case but in my personal view where i can buy a genuine leather case that i tested and can have now when i need it for 15 bucks more kindda seals the deal.

Beware that the Belkin doesn't have slots for positioning at different angles. Instead the inside of the cover flap has grippy rubbery material that is supposed to hold it in place by friction. It's not as stable, and the grippy material will tend to grab small particles of dirt/grit and rub it against the screen.
