Thanks for confirming. So this is for all new episodes also the name of the episode is just the show name.
We think we've tracked down why this is happening in some cases, and are working on a fix.

Great to hear!Hi Firecore,
I literally upgraded to the apple tv 4 just for your app. We use it every day and have not had a single problem.
I wondered if I could request that there be an option to jump straight into one of you 'favourites' when the app opens. I only have one and would like to go straight into that folder.
I can live without it but thought it's worth to ask.
A happy subscriber.
Thanks
Scanning in NFS and SMB should be very similar, though obviously Infuse will need to do a full rescan (once) when creating a new NFS share.I'm not sure if this is because of the switch to NFS from SMB but it rescans the entire(or most of it) library every time any idea why this is happening? When I have to wait for this everyday it starts to get annoying. I have two favorite folders(TV, Movies) and they are both in the library, it looks like it is updating an entire folder for any change within the one folder. ie add one tv show and it rescans all the tv shows and fetches data for all of them again.
Great to hear!
I'll pass along your suggestion - maybe it's something we can look at for a future update.

Infuse indexes things in a few different phases, so initially it may look like it's scanning the same items over and over. However, once complete you should see a 'Last Update: XXX' in the Settings > Library menu. This is confirmation that Infuse has fully completed at least one scan.
Please keep an eye on it over the next few days. If you see this Last Update message, and Infuse still seems to be scanning all your files over please send in a report from the Apple TV so we can look further into what is going on. A bit more info on doing this can be found here. https://support.firecore.com/hc/en-us/articles/215090927-Troubleshooting-and-Getting-Support
Unfortunately it looks like that particular collection does not yet have artwork available at TMDb (https://www.themoviedb.org/collection/387219-the-hustler-collection?language=en-US).Anyway to get artwork for The Hustler collection? I get the placeholder image for this set. Annoying when all the other movie collections have artwork.
We'd like to in the future, but it's not something Apple allows us to do right now.@firecore do you plan to try and integrate with the Apple TV app ?
Hmm, it could be a few things, but the main culprit is usually poor Wi-Fi signal.Hey there!
@firecore
Following issue, maybe you have an advice for me…
I`m using Infuse 5 pro on iPhone, iPad and ATV4. I used to access onto a WD NAS via SMB from every mentioned Client. It has worked very properly, quick and responsive - till 2 week ago.
Since this time the access only via my WLAN- clients (iPhone and iPad) is very unreliable: mostly very, very slow, unusable or sometimes no access at all. Then, after a while accidentally everything works again very quick. But mostly not… At the same time I access via other server apps from the iPhone very quick and responsive onto my NAS files… so I`m sure it is NOT a pure Wlan issue!
On the other hand my ATV4 client (connected via LAN) works very quick and reliable. I`ve tried a lot, but no reliable access via Iphone/Ipad is possible anymore…
I changed nothing in my original setup! I let synchronize all the clients via iCloud. So the same setup on every client - but the Wlan-clients work horribly…
Again: I don`t believe in weak Wlan. But no idea anymore what I could check. Think, might be any network stuff … but what? Ports? Is there a principle difference in network connection of Wlan compared with LAN connection (yes, I know, no cable ;-))
Why the hell the Infuse App on Iphone/Ipad does not work anymore - and on ATV4 it does absolutely perfect?
Would be grateful for any idea!!!
It's likely the other app is transcoding your videos into a smaller, more efficient format which could mask some of the Wi-Fi issues. In our tests here, with decent Wi-Fi, even very large ~30GB files begin playing in 2-3 seconds.@firecore
Ok., I`m going to check how to send this information as you proposed...
To emphasise it again: at the same time Infuse is trying to start a video over minutes or only to get some cover information very, very slowly I start the AirVideo App - and start video playing within 3 seconds.... on the same device from the same source via Wlan.... So this can`t be caused by weak WLAN signal...
If you want to use your own subtitle files then yes, you would simply give them the same name as the video and store them alongside each other. How can i add a subtitle to a mkv on infuse? They dont show up when swipping down the menu. Do the srt file needs to be named as the mkv?
Hmm, might be something related to sleep/standby mode.@firecore I think I found a bug. Twice now I've opened Infuse and gone to my favorites and when selecting a movie and hitting play I get a momentarily error msg and then Infuse plays the movie to the right of it instead (the next in alphabetical order). Exiting and then reselecting the right movie plays fine.
I'm using SMB with a Synology 216j

If you can send in a report from your Apple TV and open a support ticket we can look into it. https://support.firecore.com/hc/en-us/articles/215090927-Troubleshooting-and-Getting-Support
Well, if Infuse encounters an error playing a particular file, and you have Continuous Playback enabled, it will then skip ahead to the next video and try to play that. That was my first thought, but i'd already seen the spinner in Infuse while the Synology "woke up" and then Infuse displayed my list of movies. At that point my assumption is that the NAS is up and awake, so it's weird then that on my first attempt to play a video, it errors and then plays the wrong movie. I would argue that even with this "hiccup" Infuse shouldn't then play the wrong movie. Does this have anything to do with the movie being one of a series? It was a Harry Potter movie, we selected Order of the Phoenix and it ended up erring and playing the Sorcerers Stone.
I'll try and remember to send a report in from my Apple TV.

We mainly just need to look into why the first movie isn't playing, so sending in a report from the Apple TV if the issue appears again would be helpful. Thanks!
