Anyone else's Mail app has a white fade in when you have it open, and then close or open it?

Kind of hard to describe, but no other app has this behaviour. Been like it for every beta for me.

Yes, really bad battery life. I hope they fix something before the public release or we are going to have this forum flooded with bad battery life threads.

Lyrics work fine on 6s and Air 2. Have been for a few builds.

Also, no stutter on my devices anywhere.
I have yet so see a single song with lyrics. I assume its only the popular songs which I have several and nothing. Is this ONLY for Apple Music Subscription? Do you have to manually add them in iTunes?

It sounds like you had an atypical expeience with it all.
It is my lot in apple life to have the atypical experience. I normal always get the sad panda of apple.
Imac 2011 with the dreaded bad graphics card
Macbook pro 2012 with the dreaded Bad graphics card replacement program
Faulty IOS updates
Corrupt Plist for apps.
I should lobby apple next time don't just fix it hire me to work in QA since i am some how a magnet for corner cases. Let me find them for you and you know pay me. Turn my misfortune into success for you.

The forum will be flooded with those either way. Always is, since iOS 1 and every single release since then including x.x.x releases. Also THIS is the version that will be released to the public Tuesday. So nothing will change before then. (Barring some crazy emergency update they have to do in 2 days)

BTW no battery issues here. Seems pretty much the same so far.

Yes. It's Apple Music only. If you want lyrics for your library songs, you have to manually add them.

Personally, I don't think anyone should post battery issues less than 24 hours / full charge cycle post a new release. Just too much going on for that to be a clear read, even if you didn't have the issue before. After 24 hours, fair game.

Parked car locations are way off in the GM for me. In the betas they would drop a pin exactly where I parked, now the pin is about 300 meters away. It dropped one on the other side of a river this morning.

That would be nice, but I'm not expecting the iTunes release till macOS is released on the 20th.
We might get it the 13th as older computers won't be able to update to Sierra. Current iTunes is not 100% compatible with iOS 10. Also, iTunes 12.5 might be required to use iOS 10 .ipsw with XCode being needed.

the latest version looks like creating some issues with iOS 10. not detecting device at time etc.

and it MUST be updated, cuz you can't restore your device to iOS 10 with that release of itunes

Very good points, that I hadn't taken into consideration. You are both more then likely correct. The 13th is the most likely day.

If you look at the system requirements for iPhone 7 it says "Requires iTunes 12.5 or later"

so there will be an update before next friday! :) based on last year they released iTunes 12.3 on the same day as iOS release so im guessing on tuesday we will get 12.5 also.
