Still not understood why new Extra Recipe after applied it doesn't save app profile in System Setting after reboot.
Old mach portal was saving his profile so you can re run jailbreak.

So with new JB if we have a random reboot we need of a PC !!!!

I have an iPhone 7+ on 10.1.1 that has never been jail broken. With all the latest fixes and updates to the 10.1.1 jailbreak, what is the best method to use to jailbreak my phone?

I'm kinda confused on all the different fixes that Yalu came out with last week and how to use them.

Best method for ip7+ is the Extra_recipe + yalux method, it's very stable. https://yalu.qwertyoruiop.com/

Ok, thanks. Are there instuctions in the download link on how to setup the jailbreak?

Are you talking about the Extra Recipe method that was mentioned above?

For the life of me I don't know why the mods don't sticky this somewhere and write up a good guide. These forums used to be more friendly to jailbreakers.

It's pretty easy though. You need to download Cydia Impactor and the extra_recipe + yalux file. Connect your iPhone to your pc. Run Impactor, drag the extra recipe file to Impactor, it will ask for your iTunes username and password, enter it in. Once installed you can disconnect your iPhone, then on the iPhone go to settings/general/device management and you will have to grant permission to run the extra recipe app. Once you grant permission then just run the app from the icon on your iPhone, sometimes it takes a while, or it reboots your phone and you have to hit the icon again, just keep trying.

What are you guys using to auto re-sign extra_recipe (and I guess yalu102 for that matter)?

Looking for most legit method possible

Extender reloaded has been flawless for me.

Does it require app sync / pirate repo?

Prefer to deal with neither I'm a completely pristine kinda jailbreaker as of a few years back.

Also any battery drain? I hear auto re load can cause that depending on the method

No app sync and no pirate repo, it's a free app. Haven't noticed any battery drain at all, like you I 've found my battery has been better on extra recipe than mach portal.

I just loaded the beta 4 of the jailbreak
Took 3 tries and went through, that's great progress!! Is this the better battery life as the one befor was not good??

I have not used anemone with the beta 4 but on the last one my phone was randomly rebooting, anyone else? Or is there a fix for this?? Uninstalled anemone and all is great.

Thanks!
Got it set to resign 2 days out and check every other day to minimize battery drain

the prior one wasn't bad on battery at all, but extra recipe is a bit better overall so far.

I was getting errors on Extender:Reloaded saying that I already had a certificate or something, so I enabled the setting to automatically revoke certificates and that cleared it up. I have it set to check every 24 hours and I have not noticed any impact on my battery, but the 7 plus battery is a beast anyway..
