I hope that the random standby drain is fixed in this build. Beta 3 was awful, had to to back to 10.0.2.

Developer beta 4 is build 14B72 for iPhone 6s and lower. For 7 and higher, it is beta 5, build 14B72c. Beta # doesn't mater, its the build # that matters. It is weird that the same build is being pushed out.

Its also weird that a final build has a small letter in it.

iOS is already good at memory management !!!

I thought only iphone 7/7+'s got beta 5. Everything else was on beta 4 and hence the update today.

PB users upgrading to 10.1 release are getting 1.79GB downloads. Those upgrading from the 10.0.3 are getting 20-30 mb downloads.

I'm not sure either. ipsw.me says 14B72 is the latest software, which is what I have.

My iPhone 5S is on PB4 and it shows 14B72. It is currently downloading the update.

My iPhone 7+ is on PB5 and it shows 14B72c. Software update shows it is up to date. No updates today. (PB5 was a full download. Not a delta update.)

I downloaded the ipsw-file for the release of 10.1 for iPhone 7 Plus and compared the size of my previous download of 10.1 beta 5 for my iPhone 7 Plus and there is a small size difference with the release being a little bit larger in size.

10.1 beta 5 on the left and 10.1 on the right. The language is Norwegian so size is the same as "Størrelse" in my screenshot.

Probably an updated version of 14B72 for devices other than the iPhone 7.

This difference is probably irrelevant.
