iOS 10.1 Dev Beta 5 Changes, Bugs, and Fixes

Yes. Same issue. Random lock ups requiring hard reset.

I experienced this within Safari. And only a particular webpage. Not sure if it's the same issue you're experiencing. Could be just an exceptionally large webpage that the phone had difficulty processing and freeze up.
 
I think the fix for the signal drop to 3G in weak areas is not in beta 5. A friend of mine who is not in the beta program kept the lte signal while mine dropped to 3G at the mall today.
 
I'm in Hawaii for holidays, live in Australia. Signed up to the beta a few minutes ago, but the update isn't showing. Is that because I'm in the US and not Aus?
 
Thank you for including that pdf file. Just by reading that I learn a lot about known issues, work around stuff etc. It's like ios training :)

Happens in safari sometimes for me on my 6s
 
I hope this fixes the close app animation bug / app switcher performance on the 7 plus.
Frustrating to see the 6/6+ much more fluid in ios10 than a new 7/7+ :(

It's happened a couple of time for me. So far, I've been able to resolve it by locking my screen and then unlocking it. I've also submitted a bug report to Apple.
 
Well, regardless, we'll find out in a little over 2 hours! I feel like 10.1 won't be released this week and we might get a new beta today. But I hope I'm wrong because I'm ready for that portrait mode!
 
Maybe it is being released today... I looked at some of the other .1 releases and they happened to be released on Mondays! 6.1, 7.1, 8.1 for examples. 9.1 was released on a Wednesday however. wait and see i guess....
