Has this bug been fixed? If you swipe CC all the way up and then drag it from the bottom a bit more, it will "fly out" the screen and the dock icons' names will be gone. This looks very good actually, I'd love the black dot for running apps ala Sierra there!

I don't see this bug on my iPhone 6. Try to reboot?
If not, report this bug to Apple using Feedback app or Bug Reporter on the web.

For the 4th time in this thread. Apple is closed all week. No beta. An iOS update has never come out on Thanksgiving week whether it be beta or public release.
Apple are never "closed" but okay, forgot about Thanksgiving week as I don't live in the US.

And anyway, they've had the past week to work on beta 4, they could easily release it today as there will still be staff members at Cupertino.

Apple is ALWAYS closed the week of Thanksgiving. Entire Apple HQ shuts down. I'm not the only one to mention it. Apple has never released a beta or public release the week of Thanksgiving. There are no staff members but security guards. They are closed.

Yesterday I noticed that DirecTV had been added to TV providers, So I signed in. Today they removed DirecTV and it was giving me an error that DirecTV was not available and that I needed to sign out... after signing out directv was no longer listed.

The "lag" isn't going anywhere. Might as well get use to it by now. If you want to experience real lag, go to Android. And beta 4 of 10.2 would not change anything anyway.
This. So many people complain but in actually we have it better than most other people on android and even windows phone. Just give apple some time like earlier this year with 9.3
