Long time lurker, first time poster. Excited to be here.

Had anyone noticed Siri not talking since downloading iOS 10.2 beta 3 public? My Apple pay also is not working. I'm sure it's just a bug and have reported it but I use Siri a lot when driving. Also use Apple Pay all of the time.

I tried searching but didn't find anything and sincerely apologize if it's there.

Cheers

I also would not expect B4 Monday. Pretty sure they skipped over Thanksgiving week last year with a beta. Went from a 2 week to a 3 week for that build only.

9.2 B4: Wednesday November 18
Thanksgiving: Thursday November 26
9.2 Public Release: Tuesday December 8

B3 could be the final beta.

They're closed next week. Perhaps on the 28th?

Yeah forgot about holiday week. So the following week most likely another beta or release. I suspect another beta but who knows.

Super annoying. Getting this weird notification bug since updating. I've tried restarting and rebooting phone. Might have to restore :/

iOS 10.2 Beta 3

Release Date: Monday, November 14 2016

Build: 14C5077b

Darwin Kernel Version: 16.3.0 Mon Nov 7 21:58:42 PST 2016
Firmware Version:

Please report bugs to bugreport.apple.com (a developer account is not required to do this).

Baseband/Modem Firmware

  • iPhone 6: 5.32.00
  • iPhone 6s: 2.41.00
  • iPhone 7 Plus (QC): 1.33.00
  • iPhone 7 Plus (Intel): 1.02.15
Carrier Versions:
  • AT&T: 27.0.1
  • T-Mobile 27.0
  • Verizon 27.0
  • Three UK 27.0
  • Rogers 27.0
  • Warid 27.0
Changes:
  • The videos App has been hidden for people in the US, with the new TV app serving as a replacement. The video app can still be re-downloaded in the App Store.
  • Emergency SOS feature from Beta 2 removed. (Except in India.)
Enhancements/New Features:
  • Feedback App is back for those on the Developer Beta.
  • New Full Screen Effect in Messages - Love. (As usual, sends to anyone on any earlier build of iOS with a seperate "Send with Love" message, instead of the effect.)
Bug Fixes:
  • Weather widget now shows degrees below zero as a negative number in the forecast.
New Bugs:
  • Text entered in the Messages quick reply dialogue is sometimes still getting erased if you switch to the full messages app (like in 10.0-10.1). The text had carried over to the full messages app in earlier builds of 10.2.
  • Male Weightlifter and Male Basketball player emojis default back to the yellow skin tone every time you open the Emoji keyboard.
  • 4G/LTE speeds are signifantly less than usual but more than EDGE.
  • In low signal area iPhone 6s Plus keeping up with EDGE, rather than maintaining its 4G/LTE reception. (Workaround: Enable Airplane mode and then disable it) (Can't reproduce, LTE speeds are the same as previous builds)
  • 4G/LTE often disassosiates with its signal reception after call (cellular, network), and remains at 2G/EDGE, rather than going back to its previous state. (Workaround: Airplane mode toggle on/off) (Can't reproduce, LTE signal remains consistent after a cellular call)
  • Battery Since Last Full Recharge does not populate its timings after reboot and remains at -,-, thought its at 100%.
  • Ringtone volume distorts. (Specially for WhatsApp, Viber. VoIP)
  • Earpiece call volume is still lower. (Does not having any effect of enabling/disabling Noise Cancellation)
  • iOS 10.2 breaks compatibility with WeMo devices. Existing devices that were set up prior to 10.2 function, but new devices cannot be set up and the Wi-Fi network cannot be changed on existing devices
Reoccurring Bugs:
  • Calculator app click sound still plays even when keyboard clicks are turned off.
  • Some new emojis don't have taptic feedback when selecting the skin colour.
  • The bug from Beta 1 where the Now Playing view in Music shows as full screen on iPad and has a glitched animation when closing the view is still present.

Works wonderful. Check if you have both keyboards and languages installed.

Thanks. I only had one keyboard enabled (Spanish). After enabling also English it worked correctly.

I thought you only needed one keyboard to be enabled and iOS detected the other language if you had that dictionary enabled without the need of also enabling that language's keyboard.

I preferred if it'd worked with only one keyboard enabled since it'd made switching between keyboard and emojis faster without rolling through 3 keyboards (keyboard A, emoji and keyboard B)

I'm on beta 3, and I have the videos app. It was of course removed after I updated, but I discovered it was just hidden. I "re-downloaded" it from the App Store.
*Edit* I just saw that this was noted in the first post
I just removed it and suprise it erased all 10 movies I had downloaded with the old videos app. You can only re download in the old videos app. If you try in the store you get a must use new TV app.

Has this bug been fixed? If you swipe CC all the way up and then drag it from the bottom a bit more, it will "fly out" the screen and the dock icons' names will be gone. This looks very good actually, I'd love the black dot for running apps ala Sierra there!
