Xfinity was listed in the tv providers in settings for a moment, but it looks like they've since pulled it. I only noticed it once when I was in there.

Truly amazing how everyone's experience is different with the same build. Definitely my worst battery life for 10.2 betas.
Yeah that makes no since. Lots of posts seem to concur this beta is better but it was the smallest change most likely with a single digit build increase.(14C89 to 14C90) Doubtful whatever that was had anything to do with battery one way or the other. Some, including you say its worse. I don't particularly see any difference.

Well mine is definitely worse. Same exact usage as yesterday. Literally identical usage time and standby doing the same exact thing but I'm 8% lower. I didn't update to beta 6 until around 1PM Pacific yesterday.

Mine is worse also on my 7+. Coincidentally I turned on my TMo wifi calling yesterday, and since turned back off to see if that impacts it at all.

Can mods sticky this thread and "un-sticky" the old thread for beta 5 so we have the most recent beta 6 as stickied?
You can usually use the "report" function on the first post and make a request to moderators there.

WiFi calling should reduce battery usage because its not having to look for better cell strength.

Well, it's not using the cell signal for the call, which probably saves some battery, but it does still look for and hold on to a cell signal nonetheless (kind of like when WiFi is used for data, the cell signal is still there being connected to and maintained, just not being used for data).

Apparently Single Sign on for TV is now live. I can't believe they're going to market with only 8 cable providers signed up, and no real biggies. This is one area where Apple really does seem to be losing its touch: getting media partners to sign on to stuff. Wonder if we'll ever see the Big 3 C's on board: Comcast, Charter and Cablevision.

Since updating to beta 6 my iPhone 7 has noticeably slowed down, especially when I bring up multitasking, has anyone else found this?

Has anyone noticed since beta 6 if the standby and overnight drain has been fixed or improved? alot of people on the forums are getting 15-20% drain in standby overnight since ios 10 has been released.

People are forgetting that pictures get reindexed often after an upgrade. I think you need to wait a week or so before reporting battery life.

I've never had overnight standby battery drain issues. Even with this build being worse than last on battery life, I lost 0% overnight.

Just came back to iPhone from android after about a year and the only thing that brought me back was iTV shows app, I couldn't find an android app like it anywhere. I had the Moto G4 plus (pretty much stock android) the first iOS since returning is 10.1.1 and wow! Battery life isn't even close to marshmallow on the moto. It seems nothing's really changed, same old wait a year for a near perfect OS and then start all over again the next year.

That being said iOS 10.2 seems to be a huge improvement from 10.1.1 i can't speak for previous versions of iOS 10 but it seems *knock on wood* apple is trying to get it right sooner than previous iOS 7,8,9.

If I search for TV in my settings on my iPad, I have a setting that shows up called "TV out". Is that new? I can't figure what it does.

Have this on my 7, not sure when it started as I updated my phone as soon as I got it. Lose about 15% every night.

I recall that coming up in a thread or two before at some point. Not sure if something was figured out about it though.

DirecTV and Dish and slingTV are pretty substantial providers no?

I guess you're right. I didn't realize they had that many subscribers. Still, they are viewed as outsiders frequently.
