Unfortunately it looks like even though 'Preserve Settings' is on in the camera app, it still won't keep HDR locked on.

HDR isn't an option. It's just "Photo", "Video" etc and the last filter used and whether or not to keep Live Photos on or off.

They addressed a lot of the bugs that I submitted!

iMessage keyboard bug: fixed
Notification bubble color: fixed
Safari keyboard bug: fixed
iMessage face bubble removal: added feature
Music invisible download button: removed
Music star ratings: returned

Inertia scrolling in Mail too sensitive: not addressed yet
App Closing Animation on iPhone 7 models: not addressed yet
Ability to adjust font sizes for Music app specifically: not addressed yet

This beta feels more solid than any previous release of iOs 10.x/10.x.x on my iPhone 7 Plus so far, battery life seems to be doing great and I can't find any show stopping bugs that'll annoy me in daily use. Looks like 10.2 will be a solid release if this first beta is anything to go by.

Agree, not sure if placebo, but it feels more polished than 10.1.1. Not a single bug so far, feels great.

Not working for me. All day events not showed on calendar widget.
I tried it, and found that it only shows all-day events that occur today. Not very useful, iMHO.

I've resumed using the Events Widget app, which lets me set how many days in advance to show, including all-day events.

Do you mean events that aren't recurring, or just that events that are for tomorrow won't appear ahead of time?

But, I agree about the good old Events Widget that I've been using for quite some time. Although as someone mentioned above, I actually recently switched to Agenda: Widget+ which is somewhat more customizable and better in some sense (and updated for iOS 10 as well).

Can someone please tell me what the Safari keyboard bug is?

Its been mentioned in this thread at least a half dozen times now.

In Safari, '123' keyboard does not change back to 'abc' after typing one character then hitting the space bar like it does in every other single app.

Events that are for tomorrow (or later) won't appear in advance.
I see. Yeah, the default Apple Calendar widget never really showed anything beyond today. They added the "Up Next" widget that can show something from the next day if there's nothing left today, but it's somewhat limited in the sense that it only really shows just one (or perhaps a couple) items and based on its own rules to some degree as far as what gets displayed and when.

Same here, especially that keyboard fix! Hopefully it drops before the holidays. If PB comes out this week, that is a good sign.

Hey! Notification bubbles no longer take on the hue of your wallpaper when you're not on the home screen!!!!

This is turning out to be a great release!!
Practically every time I make a decision to stay away from betas there's some very tempting beta that comes out that restarts the debate in my head.

I swore off betas after losing my health data from 10.1B3 but this is killing me. I am desperate for the keyboard fix.

I felt the same way. No regrets. Working like a charm. Of course there might be some bug down the line but so far I'm very happy. Seems like a ton of bug fixes. Much needed.

Yeah, that one is pretty much at the top of the list for me as far as wanting 10.2, along with a few other fixes/changes that aren't as important to me, but are still nice.

For some time I've had a decent run with betas, but at one point with iOS 7 or 8 I (and various others) had some issues with calls not coming through after which I took a break from betas, then at some point late in the iOS 10 beta process I pulled the trigger again, and for some reason once again started having inconsistent issues with calls and basically regretted changing my mind. And now here I am once again having thoughts about reconsidering.

I updated to my iPhone 7+ the feed back app disappeared I restarted my iPhone and delete and reinstall the dev profile the feed back doesn't return at all.

I feel like I haven't had the Feedback app since switching from the public beta profile to the developer profile for iOS 10.

Really wish I still had it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or if it is even new but I don't recall the Bluetooth headset icon looking like this before.

10.2 is awesome! They even fixed the keyboard glitch when canceling a page swipe in messages!!

Have they fixed the glitch that appears when you tap edit in converstions view in Messages and then hit cancel and the whole list jumps back without animation? It's been there since iOS 8.

I might be the only one who liked that the background dimmed. With bright wallpapers, the icons get lost as there isn't enough contrast between the bright icons and the background.

Now I have to go back to manually dimming my photos so that the icons stand out from the background.
The lock screen is still dimmed though

Anybody seen the new headphone icon when you have Bluetooth audio connected?
