iOS 10.3 Beta 3 - Bug Fixes, Changes, etc.

I've been getting subjectively shorter battery life, but more importantly, yesterday I had the phone completely shut down on me 3 times, the last 2 times I needed to connect to power before it would boot back up (even with 30-40% battery left). Hoping the next beta addresses that, because once was at the corner store when I was planning to use Apple Pay. Luckily still had my credit card on me!

Do people feel like this is close to the final release? Is it stable enough to be on your daily device (with some minor, final tweaks) or do you feel that there is still some work that needs to be done?

I really hope not. Battery life is horrific.

Certainly appears to be something that some have seen across the iOS 10.3 betas so far.

Yeah I was down to 77% after 2.5 hours with about 1 hours usage, but it's not indicative in the first 24 hours given indexing etc. Make sure you give it a cycle or two to (re)calibrate before judging.

Beta 2 battery performance was just horrible. The phone even managed to die with 7% left. Then came alive again with 8% with no charge given.

I keep getting a notification regarding iCloud backup storage space.

I've tried dismissing the notification, restarting - it still persists.

I have seen that the notification sounds to new mails mostly do not come.
Even when they come, it is after a significant delay after the receipt of the mail on the phone.
My question is:
1. Whether the notification sound is expected to come for all new mails received either in Inbox or one of the Favorited folders?
2. Whether there should be any delay in getting the notification sound.

No response on this one.
Anybody?

Does field test mode change the dots to a decibel no. on anyone's 7 Plus? My signal stays as dots on mine.

Yep - beta 3 brought dysfunctional wifi to my iPhone 7 plus - Settings app shows that it is connected to my home wifi (or wifi elsewhere), yet it is showing LTE at the top of the screen (and is using cellular data). Doesn't matter how close I am to the router. The iPhone will randomly display the wifi symbol... but then jumps back to LTE where it stays most of the time. My data use has been way up in just the days since installing. Not cool...

Did you make a backup when you were still on 10.2.1? If so, you can restore to that backup.

My VZW 7+ has field test mode working perfectly. I can toggle back and forth between dots and numbers by tapping.

I downgraded back to 10.2.1 because battery life took a hit on my iPhone 7.

I'm stuck running 4G, not LTE on T-Mobile. LTE is so unstable it won't connect to a website at all. It wouldn't even let me send feedback to Apple. It kept on the uploading screen until I turned off LTE, then it uploaded.

has anyone's else notice that the search function in the settings app doesn't work? I tried to search for auto lock and it just got stuck and wouldn't search anything. Can anyone confirm?
