I don't know if it's just me. But 10.3 beta started out very sluggish to my iPhone 7. And it never seems to get better. Apps are still crashing unexpectedly and changes between apps are slow to respond. Wake up and sleep are not any better.
Same to me with ip7.... :-(

Would the public release be different from the Betas?
If not, that means the problems we see in beta 7 would be seen in the public release as well.

I feel that the problems are aggravated if an update beta is installed over the previous beta.
I dont think the same thing happened if a public release was installed over a previous public release.

Much better for me on this Beta over the Beta 6... Much better battery for sure!
I am having issue of missing notifications in notification center for new mail on beta 7 since beta 1.
The notifications either dont appear in notification center, or if they appear they disappear whenever the mail app is opened or on their own after 2 minutes.
Problem is not resolved even after Reset All Settings.

Have you reported it to Apple?

Yes. Both on bugreport portal as well as Feedback Assistant, 20 days back.
No resolution till date.

It sounds like an odd issue. Doesn't really seem widespread either. Perhaps the email account is being checked elsewhere on some other device or browser and that is clearing out notifications somehow?

But that clearing happens only when it is opened on iPhone. You can clearly make out.
The notifications disappear even if the phone is left along for 2-3 minutes and then Notification centre is seen.

The problem has started ever since all the notifications were cleared manually from the Notification Center.
I have reproduced this error many times by clearing all the notifications from the Notification Center.

Sounds like somebody needs a full restore when 10.3 drops next week

I'm on Three also and it seems to work great. I have a femtocell at home, as a the signal is terrible here, but I find the Wifi Calling generally kicks it at <2 bars signal.

Might be helpful if you actually stated exactly what the bug is! I can tell from your message that you're not a developer ;)

Do you consider a completely new filesystem as a 'feature'? Sometimes technical debt must be repaid. This is that occasion....
[doublepost=1489803531][/doublepost]
It's not so much the battery adjusting, but the charging and battery life reporting calibration. Other than this, yes, a few days' bedding in is required before any sensible observations can be made.

Highly recommend a fresh install - sorted out a lot of the issues I had with these betas. I don't trust multiple delta updates of beats. After the previous beta completely trashed my iPhone, I did a clean install then restore from iCloud. Since then, battery life and other strange glitches have been a thing of the past.

Doing so means that all apps and system files are installed natively installed on the new APPS file system.
Yah I will never put faith in delta updates. Any update I do on any of my devices is always a full resotore

I'm not using any cache cleaning apps. I'm talking about the cache cleaning mechanism of iOS which it triggered everytime your iOS device is low on storage.
[doublepost=1489867356][/doublepost]
Would be nice to be able to invoke this without having to "download" The Two Towers, though!
Yeah, seriously need a cache clear option.
Hope Apple brings the optimise storage feature they've launched in MacOS Sierra to iOS.

Most likely we will get a new build for final so it would be different.

I'd say 85% of issues are becaise people don't do a full restore. Not all bugs can be attributed to 10.3 beta but rather stacking updates over and over causes issues.

By full restore do you mean a fresh install of the iOS without restore from Backup?

That means I missed just one step- I did install iOS afresh, but then did a restore from backup taken on previous version of beta.
No :(restoring a backup especially from a beta onto a fresh stable version only contaminates it . Now it's "contaminated"
Looks like someone has a full restore to do...again

Ohh.
Actually I had restored a backup of beta 6 after installing beta 7 afresh.
So in case I get a public release of iOS 10.3 tomorrow, I must do a fresh install of that iOS version without any restore.
In case we get a beta 8, then i must install beta 8 as a fresh iOS without restore of any backup from beta 7.

Yes you would do that although at this point no just wait for the release of 10.3 stable to public non beta and then restore to that with no backup. But yes if your testing beta you need to eliminate the most possible variables to get accurate testing with Fresh Installs of each beta
