Whatsapp backups dont complete even after 5 hours. They remain stuck at 95%.
However, if the phone is disconnected from wifi, after 30 minutes the backup shows completed.

Can you reproduce this imessage bug and make bug report to apple?

I have already reproduced and reported to Apple.

The iMessage bug has been around since iOS 9.2 I think when it started for me.

They still haven't fixed it. It's not a big deal and I and everyone lives with but still. Ay yi yi.

Had you reported it then?
Yes and it's been known for over a year by all of us on the forums here too and I've seen that other people have reported it multiple times. I'm guessing it's just not very high on the priority list.

I did a full reset / delete and then I did it again with a restore from icloud backup.

Have seen no change in battery drain issue. In fact, When I did the first reset, I could sense the battery charging rate was very slow. As if, the battery was discharging faster than my charger could recharge at the same moment.

That has been my sense for some of the betas all during the ios 10 run.

It is additive to the fact that my battery drains while the phone is in standby.

For me, AirPrint is broken. Can anybody else confirm. I have a brother printer which used to be detected with IOS 10.2.1. However with iOS 10.3, it just won't detect. System wide and even brothers own app.

This must be rare when purchasing an app.

Positive that nothing like that is enabled. Try it again wth the following info. 3D Touch on an app that is on the top half of your screen and an app that doesn't present a "widget" when pressed (so you can still see the icon after 3D touching). 3D Touch Then tap somewhere else on the screen to dismiss the 3D Touch. During the animation that brings you back to your home screen, you will see the icon that you had 3D touched will shift slightly to properly orient it in line with the other apps. Happens every time with different amounts of shift for different apps. Completely fixed in beta 6 but is back in beta 7.

I've noticed this before as well, im not running the beta. I did some more testing and I think it has something to do with parallax effect, even when it's disabled on the home screen. If I 3D Touch without moving my device at all. The icon doesn't shift. If I 3D Touch and twist my phone when the menu is visable and then exit out. The icon will shift dramatically.

True.
I have also found the same.

Still getting a weird bug where "Setting Time Zone" will randomly run, despite it being toggled off.

Anyone else disabled that, want to check if it's run recently - can tell by going to the location settings and see if it has a grey arrow next to it.

Pic related - not toggled this switch for well over a week. I have system services set to show in the status bar, and occasionally see it on when I unlock my phone

This has been my experience exactly on all iOS 10 releases. Battery drain and standby drain has been MUCH worse on my 6s Plus than iOS 9. I even downgraded back to iOS 9.3.3 when I still could, and immediately, my battery/standby drain improved and corrected itself. It is obviously iOS 10, and it's not getting fixed. Furthermore, scrolling performance has been extremely bad (laggy, jitters, white loading areas) on all my devices and has also not been fixed. Both combine to make iOS 10.x the worst releases for me in years, and why I am still using 9.3.3 on my main device. I want to upgrade, but only after I have some assurance these things are improved, and so far, they don't seem to be. I've lost faith.
