Thanks for the help so far. How do I do a DFU restore?

Make sure that you’re running the latest version of iTunes. Then, put your device in DFU mode and connect it to your computer/iTunes. It will download the latest iOS and install it for you. Good luck.

iOS 10.3.1 iPhone 6 128GB plenty of free space.

Terrible Terrible lag.

Any ideas how to improve this as my phone is now worse than a Sony Ericsson P800

I was debating whether to 'jump ship' - the lag and a iPhone 10th anniversary that looks like an iPhone 5 / SE is swaying me to android.
