Fyi if you were like me it took a while to figure out split screen safari tabs you go to tab view and drag the second tab to the side of the screen it is similar to the way you snap on windows.

I think the person on the other side have to have ios 10 as well, I'm wondering what they are seeing when they receive it :)
The other person has it as well I am receiving theirs just fine

Edit: Couple restarts fixed it

Bug: On lock screen, when skipping songs the screen goes to sleep at whatever interval it is set to even though you just skipped a song. In iOS 9 as long as you kept skipping songs, the screen would delay turning off after every time you skipped.

Same thing happens to me when I'm replying from the lock screen.

Installed on my iPad mini 2. It's pretty laggy but it's the devices' third iOS version and it's also the first beta of said version, pretty sure it will get better :p not a big deal right now, but you will start hearing me complain if the sixth beta drops and it's still like this.

Anyway. Has anybody else gotten an absolutely astounding number of springboard crashes? I've gotten 8 springboard crashes in about 2-3 hours.
Isn't it the Mini 2's fourth version?

one feature i do like is the need to press the home button when unlocking the phone. it used to do my head in when i'd use Apple Pay and the phone would unlock instead

I have a ticket app for buses and trains in my city with an annual ticket in it. Normally there is a huge QR code in the middle when I open the ticket, now there is just a white square where that code should be. :(

Does anyone have a similar app with the same issue?

Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but if you long press (not force touch) a link in an email, there is now a "Share" at the bottom which brings up the native share sheet. Finally.

When an app takes you to another app the back link no longer covers up the icons. (Cellular bars/wifi)

Didn't see this posted anywhere and if it was in the keynote I missed it.

In addition to long pressing on a link in safari to "Open in Split View" you can hold and drag a tab to either side of the screen to split. You can drag back to merge too. However it's a not a "real" split view and you can't resize the split so Sidefari lives on for now at least :)
