Nothing is actually faster. The transitions have improved making everything feel more fluid. In fact I think app open times are slightly slower!

The app open times aren't slower. You're just presented with the blank app screen while it loads sooner because the animation to get in is faster. So because you see the blank screen while it loads for longer, you think it's taking longer to load. When it is the same. One of the purposes of an animation is to mask the app load time.

Has anyone gotten the predictive feature of the keyboard working where its supposed to suggest contact info if you type someone's name? I'm still on PB2 and it doesn't work there. Wondering if its working on Dev Beta 4.

Is it suppose to do that? I've only ever had it do predictive info when someone asks in a text for an email address or phone number and such. Never seen it when typing someone's name.

According to Apple's preview website, when you type a person's name, its suppose to show you the number.

Ok. Look how it's written in the example. "John's number is". It only works when you type it out as such. I just tested and it worked. It can't be name only, it needs context.

Ah okay, thanks for verifying and confirming!

And it has to be exactly as it is there. Typing "John's phone number is..." doesn't work. That needs to be fixed. People don't need to be remembering exact syntax in order to get features to work. Its like Siri has been in setting Reminders on anything but your default list; say it wrong and it doesn't get added properly." I understand that you need to have some rules on how to to do these things, but make it too rule-bound and no one will remember how to do it.

iPad mini 4 is super speedy holy cow little to no lag at all. New emoji design look a little bit weird.

Content blockers definitely seem to be partially broken, working then not working, killing and reloading safari seems to fix it.

I'm on PB2, I'm sure its a bit early to tell, but those of you on DP4, how is the battery drain?

I even did a reset settings last night to see if that would fix things, my device is for sure less laggy and more snappier, but the drain is there there. I'm at 76% with about 1.5hours of usage.

Quick reply is so dead for me, I restarted the phone and nothing, the keyboard never pops up.

Camera app seems broken. It just shows a blurred black screen. I have to swipe left for video then back to right for camera for it to work.

b3 was doing this for me. b4 works correctly for me.
[doublepost=1470089730][/doublepost]In the People (face recognition) album, there is no longer an option to see the face associated with the recognition. When multiple people are in a photo you were previously able to show which face that recognition event was targeting.
