Not sure about that one. I've seen some apps say non-specific things like "works on the latest version of iOS now" during beta cycles when they had crashing bugs but never mention the version specifically. No idea if that was by policy or is a coincidence. All it ever means either way is that they've fixed or worked around something that using the previous version of the SDK caused a crash in the beta though.
It absolutely does not mean they are using the iOS 10 SDK though.That is firmly not allowed.
