I think if you download through the Dev Portal and update through iTunes you have to do some basic setup again.

OTA developer install on my iPhone 6s and I had to go through a setup screen.

It only prompted me to enable location services, then sign into iCloud, and then showed the diagnostic report info screen. Then took me to my home screen and everything was good to go.

I'm betting that this beta release just patches the security vulnerabilities that were patched in yesterday's new iOS 9 build. They're probably still working on those known issues.

Indexing already, phone got really hot during this one. A little lag here and there, nothing major.

Yeah hard to say what performance will be like until debugging and beta diagnostics are taken out of the mix
On my 6s Plus, it stutters when I'm in music app and open app switcher then press home button to return to the music app.

Edit: And yes, I have reset all settings and it still stutters.

On my 6s plus I'm not seeing any stutters or anything like that. I'm very sensitive to things like that and it's super smooth on my device. Even more than 9.3.3. Just my experience.

So watchOS stopped at beta 6, macOS beta 7, tvOS beta 7 and iOS beta 8. How weird.
[doublepost=1472233205][/doublepost]DP 8 version has setup screen, PB 7 have that?
There are rumors MacOS will release only in October with new hardware and not in September:)
