I restored and haven’t noticed too many random slow downs and glitches. Battery life is good too. Look at all the other guys who updated OTA.

I updated OTA and other than the first few days, haven’t noticed any slow downs or battery issues. There’s occasional display glitches, but that happens after every .0 release and I’m assuming they will be fixed by the .1 or .2 release.

Despite what the Apple Store employees will tell you it’s extremely difficult to corrupt an OTA iOS update as it is signed and verified. There may be existing data on the phone that can cause issues, but doing an erase and then restore from backup usually fixes that (assuming it’s not an iOS bug). Many times Apple will fix it in later updates (for example the iOS 9 Game Center glitch).

Anyone noticed an issue on the iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard where the on screen suggestion portion of the keyboard completely blocks the input field in apps like Slack or Messenger from being visible while typing?

I'm not sure if you would consider this a bug/bug fix.... But I've had a ton of trouble with battery drain (iPhone 6) since updating to iOS 11 (including the minor updates afterward) I've had a look around the usual forums, including the Apple forums and a reset keeps being suggested.... Which doesn't work.... For anyone else having similar problems, most of the drain is coming from background tasks running at their 'most frequent/active' settings :/ Just head into the options and disable or limit how often they refresh or search. The link below has a full run through of the main culprits if you get stuck.

I everyone,
A friend of mine experienced a bug that I never heard before.
After update to IOS 11.0.2 is iPhone 6 Plus, on the navigation bar turn unresponsive in some apps.
At begining we tought maybe the screen was defective, but on some apps they work right, on other dont.
For example in Phone App we can't acced to Last Calls, if he was showing Contacts, however in Photos he have no trouble by clicking on Memories, despite is exact on the same location.
We try restart several times, perform a clean restore using a backup, but nothing was work.
Any ideas?

I’m wondering if the battery problems people are seeing are related to iOS not correctly assigning the low power vs high power CPU in the iPhone 7.

If a task that should be using the low power CPU is using the high power one that would cause high battery drain. That would also explain the performance issues some people see on the 7.

The reason I’m thinking this might be the case is that I just played Clash Royale for around 70 minutes and the performance was pretty poor. The game felt like it was running on a really old phone. When I checked the battery usage after that time it only reported to have 2% of the battery which is highly unusual. I let the game sit in the background with the screen locked and then resumed it and all the sudden it was fast as usual.

G’day all, since the last update I’m noticing some apps, Safari and Photos shut down intermittently during use. Anyone else experiencing this? So far only noticing it on my 10.5 but that is what I mainly use.
