Much faster install process. Did not have 10 minutes of “preparing update”. I wonder if that’s because it’s the full build and not an increment?

anyone want me to check a bug? If so, tell me step by step how to replicate it
Well sure.. in-application speaker clipping/popping

Load app like Sky Guide or Sudoku ME.
Volume 50%+
Keep selecting items (stars and planets in Sky Guide or random tiles in Sudoku) and see if the speaker clipping sounds accompanies the normal/expected selection response sound.

Thank you

No, no worries.. I understand. Any app that you have where you select icons or something that respond with a sound should be able to test it. Since 11, I have gotten speaker clipping/popping with sounds like the planet selection in Sky Guide or tile selection in Sudoku. I think any app could have it. For example, the selection sound in Sudoku sounds like a little bubble pop.. but that sound is accompanied by a nasty speaker clipping/crackle sound.

I demonstrated this to our local Apple Lead Tech and he said it was NOT normal.

With the potential that this is the GM for iOS 11.1, I did a full download via the developer portal then option/update install via iTunes. Full install file sizes are 2.83 GB for iPhone 7 Plus and 2.52 GB for 2017 iPad. Install was smooth and fast on both devices. So far so good with no obvious changes and same fluid performance as on iOS 11.1 Beta 3 on both devices. Will monitor battery performance for next 24 hours or so to verify battery life. Was excellent on both devices on iOS 11.1 Beta 3 so expect equal or better on 15B92.

Can someone else confirm that this is glitch is fixed? I just tried it on beta 4 and it's no longer present :)
