Every phone has this, problem as this is a clean install hardware we are talking about and you will find this issue in innumerable YouTube channels where iOS 11 is being used.
And even if I for a second accept what you are saying, we can very clearly with proof say that with our phones( the magical phones which have issues) Apple has introduced a delay thereby forcing us to upgrade.

It's still being signed for iPhone 6s.

Apple is forcing people to upgrade? Hyperbole much?
Are you being paid by the word, or post because you’ve added zero to the discussion pretty much since your initial one complaint. We all get it, you hate iOS 11.x but at some point ya got to give it a rest, not everyone (myself included) is going to see it your way.
Let’s all agree to disagree and move on.
End of rant![]()

"I've just installed iOS12 on my X, but compared to my friend's XI my camera focusses half a second slower! Planned obsolescence! I'm never buying Apple again!"
Ouch!! How so?
Also, kindly suggest me some great alternative..
Sure, the current version of Outlook came through a different company, but it's certainly a Microsoft product at this point (and for a while now).I work for one enormous world corporation (I don’t know if I’m allowed to say the name here and it’s not Apple) however Outlook app is not a product of Microsoft.
Microsoft acquired Acompli company then later on it was rebranded as an Outlook app.
We really had huge problems with them and possible security leaks due to the fact they were storing our credentials such as user name and passwords for corporate emails on their servers.
Many many of my colleagues ended up with their phones (iPhones mostly) being remotely wiped and their corporate emails accounts having a password changed.
So the only email client we can only use is the Apples stock email app and to be honest it does a pretty good job. No complaints from my side and I get roughly 200-400 emails weekly on my phone.
Hope I helped somehow.
PS.
Is it just me or Apple changed the colours on screen. They look bit washed out i.e. Apple Maps, Google Maps and also, WhatsApp and FaceTime app icons are having a ‘screaming’ green colour. They really hurt the eye
No need to freak out. Like you said, you can easily change it back to capture JPG in the camera settings. Or change it in Photo settings to export as JPG but keep HEIC on your phone. So its not a mandatory change that Tim is forcing on you. No one is getting screwed by anything, you're not a victim.
There are plenty of people on this sub forum who are having this issue which means home button lag factually exists. Open and close 5 apps and its an almost 5 second delay right there. With 20 apps its running into minutes. You may not experience it or have any issue with it but I do.

Well, those servers are Microsoft servers at this point. That said, it doesn't change anything else that you brought up (assuming it's all still the case), just basically who is responsible and who owns it all now.Nevertheless it still working through Acompli servers, which even stores your emails, contacts and calendars for one month. It even pushes email insecurely which means no end2end encryption which is ‘big no no’ in corporate world.
Omg, what went wrong there?! The Beta 2 version gave me 10 hours of screen time and 14 hours of total use since last charge (iPhone 7 Plus). Now I can barely use for 3.5 hours with the screen on. WTF? Is there a solution for this? Any recommendations?

Set the Weather app to Always in location services. That will fix the widget.

Set the Weather app to Always in location services. That will fix the widget.Weather widget still not updating correctly. The app has one temp with widget showing another.
It's been like this since iOS 11. And, no, I don't complain when it is happening in a beta. But I do start to get worried when the Golden Master Candidate build is still presenting serious battery draining - even if I were not using the beta, it would only be a matter of 2 weeks until I had to deal with this situation anyways...Solution: stop using betas!?
NO, it doesn't. But it depends on where you are. In NYC my battery life is stellar. In London depletes VERY quickly. It's something about the signal and way the antennas are located in the cities, I've heard... (Constantly jumping from different cellular sources does impact battery life after all.)I have a question.
Does “roaming” need more battery life as in my home country/net?
What do you all think about the stats:
IPhone 8 Plus
Thanks !!

There can certainly be cloud services involved as many businesses use those as well in general.Actually, possibly not: I was told by IT for the large corp (not sure if same one) I worked for until recently that the login info was actually being stored on AWS servers. Meaning one more point of insecurity.
