I can confirm the increased system sounds on my iPhone 7. Even the sound when an iMessage has sent is turned up quite a bit. Restarted multiple times, no change.

I’ve never heard of a downloaded wallpaper causing lag, but you never know with Apple. Maybe they want you to use their own wallpapers.

Could you explain your definitions of “Restart” and “Shut down and turn on?”

Restart would be he regular method of pressing volume up + down + hold the power button.

A full shut down is just holding the power button till you see the power off slider, slide it to shut it down and power it back on.

So does shutting down the phone after installation return the sound to normal levels?

I’ve heard this happening before on various iPhones , some wallpapers cause lag . Might be worth a search

Settings-General-Scroll all the way down-Shut Down

Ah, I see. I would highly advise to stop performing what you refer to as a restart. That is actually a HARD RESET and is the same as yanking the battery out of your laptop while it's on, which is not good. Only do this when you are having certain issues. All other times, you should shutdown your phone by sliding to power off (button hold is dependent upon iPhone model) or through Settings-->General-->Shutdown.

Nevermind, the extremely loud keyboard click and notifications are back........

Sorry to hear that. This beta is running beautifully on my iPhone 7. Memory management seems better, more responsive across the board, no app issues yet. One fix I noticed is that Video Autoplay under App Store settings no longer defaults to on after toggling Low Power Mode.
Seemed to be a bad install. Restored and everything is fine now. Apart from that loud keyboard click!

I have the increased system sounds on my 7 Plus as well. Weird thing was, right after the phone came up after the install completed, I had no sounds at all. Not even notification sounds. Then after a while they came back but then the keyboard started changing between loud and normal after using it a bit in different apps. Now it’s sticking to the louder sounds, which I like, but it’s almost TOO loud. o_O
