I gained about 500mb of space with this update, I'll take it. Other than that, not seeing anything different.
Honestly all I want is them to make portrait lighting mode better.

iOS devices affected from the flaw because of the ARM chip design which affects all iOS devices. It is not related to Intel modems. However, Intel CPUs are affected by the flaw which also affects Mac devices.
I am fully aware of that. My response was to the statement "There isn’t a single device that runs iOS and uses Intel." Which didn't specify CPU's so isn't a true statement. ;)

Fixed backend error in safari found in beta 4 that caused stalls during streaming video/music. The files would not buffer, just spin. That I can confirm is fixed, I reported that one yesterday... I know I wasn't the only one in the dev portal describing that issue. Wondering if wifi connectivity on iPad's was fixed as well. I don't have my ipad with me right now so I can't check it. But that was another issue from Beta 4.

No jailbreak in sight...so Apple keeps us busy .....for the sake of fun and tons of questions :)

Argh ffs. Now my attention aware feature for calls has stopped working!

Switching attention aware off, restarting and switching back on has no affect. Worked ok for me in Beta 4
Ugh. I was hoping beta 5 would fix this.
Mine hasn’t worked since 11.2.1.

If you start an iMessage with an emoji, shows delivered but there’s no emoji. When you flip to another text conversation and back or exit iMessage and re-enter, the emoji appears. Happens on my iPad and iPhone.

Reported last beta. Will report again.

This been a bug since iOS 11. If you quickly compose a new iMessage/Message, enter 1-3 emoji and hit send. It will show sent but contact name, pic and emoji will disappear. You'll need to force close and re-launch message app to see it. I've been reporting it and it's probably a really low priority bug like "Update All" when 3D Touch App Store is not an option anymore

got the beta 5 installed for 6s plus, nothing new features, but the gaming appearance is bit better, more smoothness when playing into the dead 2 game

Charging is still slow on this beta with Apple 29w USB-C and Apple cable.

Plugged in at 20% and after 30mins it’s on 50%. So it’s increasing 1% a minute. Be interesting to see if that now slows down above 50%.

I know it’s supposed to hit 50% in 30mins but that’s from 1%. Not from 20%.

Waking the screen with either Raise to Wake or pressing the home button still intermittently doesn’t work on this beta. Pressing the side button is required to fix the issue. Reported on beta 4 and 5.
iPhone 7.

Mate, try again. The iPhone 7 and 7+ both use Intel chips for certain countries, and iirc, so does the iPhone X. So yeah, I'd suggest researching this stuff before making such claims.

Hmm, that's wierd. Raise to Wake and pressing the home button work perfectly fine on my 7 Plus.

These vulnerabilities are designed to hit the CPUs etc not the modem chip. If I missed an article where hackers are trying to exploit the intel modem chip in the non CDMA iphones 7, 8,X then my apologies I missed it.
