I'm waiting on this next beta!

Same here, this sync meant I did not lose my message thread when I restored images! It was a nifty feature to have and I am looking forward to it seeing the light of day again. I enjoyed having it and found it immensely useful.

1.95 on the iPhone 7 via the builtin software update, but as this looks like GM, I will now restore the image instead of just updating. I am downloading the image at 2.68gb from the dev portal, could anyone here think this might just be a waste of time? Seeing as my usual practice is setting the phone as new and then downloading my apps individually.

I used to do this but I thought it was a waste of time since a new beta would drop after a few days and then I thought it was kind of pointless I'm in deep with these betas

Yes, exactly my thoughts as I typed that reply, that there will probably come another beta this Monday itself, who am I kidding downloading and restoring fresh! Just stay on the bandwagon and restore only if you feel something is really amiss.. if my battery life tanks, if some user experience kinks arise, etc. So on second thoughts, just updating via the inbuilt mechanism and calling it a day!

Are there any new wallpapers? I know iPhone X will get 3 new live wallpapers. Anything new apart from that?

Been using BeWeather for years. Light years ahead of the stock weather app. Both the iPhone widget and watch complications are immensely configurable.
I dont know how they do it, but the hourly forecast is spot in. I literally at times had rain start and stop when the app said it would.

Bootup has been sped up on my 7 from about 24 seconds to 20.
Remaining bug- Lockscreen music player still shows "iPhone" when playing music through bluetooth.

Did anyone notice how much faster the updates began installation? Before on both my iPad Pro (10.5), and my iPhone X that sat at preparing for a while. On both devices the update was ready to install almost immediately.

Is that because it's an entire 2.x gb install and not an incremental update?
