Wow .. didn’t even see the see more option. My apologies , it is there

Want speedy animation? Press quickly volume up, volume down and hold button till you see "Slide to Power Off". Then, slide only to half way hold it there and press side button. Then press and hold volume down and side button. Hit "Cancel" and enter passcode. Enjoy no animation. Animation does go back to normal if device sleep or enter lockscreen or side button is pressed.

Wow, that's a lot of work for something so temporary

Has anyone noticed that the password autofill on iPhone X is not working as of today? Previous to this morning, passwords I had saved for websites would automatically auto populate the username and password field, and then I'd be able to click log in. However, when I go to the same webpages today, the username field is blank, and I have to click on the field, then click "passwords" on the top bar of the keyboard, and select my saved password in keychain. Basically, it doesn't scan my face automatically until I tell it which password to fill in. I noticed the same issue on my iPad Air 2 not auto-populating the password fields which is running 11.3 beta, but on my iPad Pro which is on 11.2.5, the password field is already filled in and ready for me to just click log in. My settings have not changed, and I have all the safari keychain auto-fill things turned on. Can anyone on 11.3b check to see if their passwords are autocompleted on their device?

I guess I should rephrase my reply. This appears to be a bug related to the new USB privacy protocol.

Thank you for understanding my problem, and reading what I actually wrote.
I am sorry for such a delay in the reply. It's been a crazy week lately.

Finally, I got the solution for this problem. I needed to switch active driver in Device Manager

That was so not intuitive and something that has never happened to me before, I couldn't even think the answer was so simple.

Same. It's changed on MacOS 10.13.4 beta also. I hope it's a bug and not a design change.

That looks like you have never updated the driver at all since it is using a Microsoft driver and not from Apple. If you install the latest iTunes, it will install the right driver.

Same here. Hope it gets fixed next build

Hopefully the leaks of iOS 12 being just a performance release and having no new features are true and iOS 12 fixes the complete mess that is iOS 11 just like how iOS 10 fixed iOS 9's mess.

This might be a new privacy feature. There are recent reports that some malicious websites use invisible input fields to trick browsers into auto-filling password etc and steal these credentials. With this new behavior only the input fields explicitly chosen by the user will be filled.

On iPhone 7 Plus saves passwords used to be entered in for me now I have to tap on the password I want so not just a change to iPhone X but everything and I don’t think it’s a bug but a new way to prevent malicious websites from stealing passwords but I could be wrong and may may revert back on the next beta.

Anyone else see "Classroom" on their devices? Mine is an iPP 10.5
Nope

I saw Health and Home in Settings, but both disappeared after I tapped on Health. I submitted feedback.
They are gone for me too

That looks like you have never updated the driver at all since it is using a Microsoft driver and not from Apple. If you install the latest iTunes, it will install the right driver.

Sorry, that looks the way it looks, nothing more. Got the latest iTunes 12.7.3.46 installed and that did not change a thing. Yes, I've tried reinstalling iTunes for the sake of experiment, but that was a dead end. The iPhone with 11.3 beta 1 refused to be visible in the Device manager or in the Explorer, once connected to a PC.

I think I need to repeat myself and say that the iTunes and iCloud worked properly all the time and I had not a single issue with that software. It's just weird to have such a problem after the iOS update.

I wanted to do some digging and understand the reason why it happened and what actually got wrong. That's why I came for answers here. However, apart from the answer about "the new USB privacy protocol" I only got answers that I don't know how to update iTunes or need to switch cables or USB ports.

I'm not sure this will help, but I had a similar issue (possibly the reverse of yours). I do not know whether it was an iTunes update or a restore from 11.3 b1 to 11.2.5 but on my desktop PC, something removed the Apple driver for my iPhone SE and Windows replaced it with the "standard MTP driver". In my case, the result was that on my desktop, Windows could see the phone but iTunes could not. I had to manually reinstall the Apple driver and all was well again.

Note that before I figured out it was a driver issue, my laptop COULD see the iPhone so my best guess is that iTunes on my desktop was the culprit, probably during an update.

Hi!

New here and just wanted to say that this beta is by far the worst out of them all!! With the iPhone X I’ve had very few problems with the beta’s (loud keyboard was the worse it got). 11.3 though is the worst I’ve had it. Safari tends to only load half a webpage when it feels like it! Getting stutters and general lag/freezing. And a new one I noticed today is the battery icon and time changing when unlocking or swiping up to access the app switcher. I have a screen recording of that very issue. I also have notifications not making sounds or they just arrive late. All problems have been fed back to Apple or course and I’m not moaning, I expect problems coming with beta software, just saying for me this is the worst one I’ve had since I’ve had the X. ✌

Screen recording: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Td-9q5E74NBfy7wDWLOk22pezXATF4-e

Check the battery icon and the time.

Finally after a little over a week. I’m getting decent battery life. Standby is so high cause I work 12 hour days not able to use my phone

Results may very depending on the device. Was it fresh a restore?

What do you mean? Phone was set up as new and just been updating every time a new beta is available. Hopefully we get a second beta tomorrow that’s fixes some of the issues I’m having.

iOS 9 was the worst release ever. Choppy, slow, lag everywhere.

I had this kind of problem with iOS 11.3 beta devices and discovered the Windows USB driver switch a few days ago. I also have the latest iTunes with the latest (public) version of the driver. For me, iTunes worked fine but Picasa would not import photos.
Now I have a temporary fix for this beta.
