Oh, That makes sense. I have just restored back to 11.2.6 for the time being. It is possibly due to the updated modem firmware but iOS 11.4 beta 1 had scaled it back.

Apple Music bug.
I go to share a song via Twitter, as soon as i type the @ symbol to tag someone in the tweet, it crashes, as it starts searching for users.
Doesn't seem related to that issue.
Thanks! I can see bypassing the iBoot loader is important for jailbroken phones, but is there any benefit to do DFU restore on non-jailbroken phone?? If there’s any I want to try it out.Basically, DFU mode allows you to restore the phone to any firmware by bypassing the iBoot loader. Recovery mode only allows you to restore to the latest firmware.
It could be os 11.3 or router, but I did restore differently each time for like 5 times. I do remember having that issue with safari not loading websites clearly. I don’t know if you are up for it and willing to lose messages, but after setting up mine as new without restoring backup, I no longer have the problem.. other than messages I got everything back that was saved to iCloud and Dropbox etc.. you already tried reset all setting/ reset all contents and setting?Just restored, set up as new. I hope ram management is going to be a priority in iOS 12. Ram management is definitely one of the challenges in iOS 11 compared to previous versions of iOS..I will confirm on both the 7+ and IPP 12 G2 the RAM management still has issues. Seeing apparently unneeded complete relaunches of apps that reside in task management or tans in Safari.
I have that! The mail app is refreshing not properly!
Log into the gmail web UI and see if you have any unread Hangout notifications. That fixed it for me.
If your ambient light sensor is obscured, then the screen will not light up. That may be what’s happening here.
Interesting thought. Why would the ambient light sensor keep the screen from waking up when receiving a notification? If I press the home button, the screen does wake. My question is based in sarcasm - I'm seriously interested in your reasoning.
Apple implemented a feature starting in iOS 9 called Facedown Detection in which the iOS uses the ambient light and proximity sensors to detect when the phone is face down or in your pocket and will subsequently prevent the screen from lighting up when receiving notifications in an effort to extend battery life. If these sensors (located near your front facing camera) are blocked by anything (papers on a desk, clothing, pillow, etc) it will engage the feature as it thinks the entire screen is blocked.Interesting thought. At first I was running 11.3 beta 6, deleted the profile and upgraded to 11.3 official which resulted in more battery drain and some hickups.has anyone noticed if a DFU setup as new as helped compared to an upgrade from 11.2.6 to 11.3?
