Download the full IPSW and flash. Or, restart again and try.

No, the kernel has been reverted to a build one day older than the kernel in B6.

Just checked and it's doing it on 11.3.1 also.

You need a fresh install to fix this, I have it on my iPhone 8 and only set as new fixed it!

Mac needs an accompanied 10.13.5 which hasn't been released yet probably later today at 1pm PST or tomorrow same time.

Most likely there was an issue discovered in the kernel build included in Beta 6, so they reverted to a slightly older build.

In Beta 6 the kernel was built on May 1st and was build 4570.60.21~7, RTM is 4570.60.21~3 and built on April 30th.

Resetting settings will fix it, no need for a fresh install.
