I think I mentioned this, but this is normal for Waze... It never showed in iOS10, but if you're not actively in a point-to-point navigation, it STILL does track you in the background unless you kill it... same for me for years. it's nice because it still alerts me to things if i go out...

Even though you can now set all apps to "only while using," Waze still hangs on even if you aren't actively navigating, (not sure how they got away with that one), but Waze has a "sleep mode" so if you enable that before exiting out it will let go of the GPS antenna.

There's a pause for uploading pics to icloud photo library now.

New item in Settings/Cellular/Carrier Services.
Edit: Not new to iOS 11, just new location.

The app switcher on beta 2 is even worse imo then beta 1. You get rid of the apps on multitask and the damn app reappears again, sometimes it just refuses to leave. You’d think simple issues such as this would be resolved but nope.

Word

It’s pretty annoying

I'm lucky that we just switched over to EAP-TLS and they're keeping the WPA2 Enterprise working for a while longer. If you try it, let me know if it works for you and it's not just my work WiFi.
Can confirm that it doesn't like EAP-TLS, will not authenticate my correct password, using one of our other WAPs for now.

Yeah I’m prettty shocked at how app switcher can be this buggy. I feel like they tried adding a new animation to it when swiping to close or change. It’s clunky as hell

It seems the health and activity app now only records resting calories when the watch is on your person. Where as before it would calculate it regardless. Could just be a one time bug from the update and correct itself tomorrow. Or maybe i'm just confuses as to how this works...either way normally i'd wake up and put on my watch and resting calories for the period I didn't have my watch on were already calculated.

This will help me keep from connecting to the wrong wifi as I re-enter the house.

Does this appear for ALL Wi-Fi networks? I've seen the Auto-join switch before on iOS 10 and older, but it only appears sometimes and there's no apparent pattern as to whether it's available or not for a specific WiFi.

I’m finding that it’s pretty stable for me, app switcher is definitely the most messed up, with it freezing and apps refusing to be killed.

One tiny thing that I love now in CC, is 3D Touch on brightness and volume automatically puts the slider on your finger so you don’t have to press off the screen.

Also, weirdly, even if orientation lock off my phone refuses to go into landscape.. on home screen, apps, everything. Very odd.

Mine has never done this, which has always bothered me. Now I'm wondering why if it's been there for others.

Edit: Never mind. It's there. Just doesn't contribute to the ring.

Still cannot dismiss notifications on my old iPhone 6 with a swipe or without unlocking first.

Truly hate this new Lockscreen / NC merger. Feel like i am missing most of my nots. I just swiped up and saw stuff from Tuesday. Jeeze

If this is by design, worst decision ever and i will stay on 10.3

I don’t see beta 2 being PB1, it is very buggy than previous beta...
Maybe the next week we’ll see beta 3 (I know it s a short period)
Or the beta 1 would be pb1?
The consensus is that it’s much improved. Far better than beta 1.

It will no doubt change. This is only the second beta.

No doubt it’ll be fixed in future betas. It’s probably not a high priority bug.

I think it used to be only for networks that used a captive portal, now it's available for any network...
