What does it mean “temporarily“?
My guess is let's say you're walking out of your house and need to use your phone in that spot where the WIFI network is still connected but not actually working, you can click the wifi button and it'll disconnect but when you return home it'll try to connect again rather than leaving wifi disabled until you remember "oops I forgot to reactivate wifi". At least that's the functionality I'd like to see.

New notification center update, when you swipe down, it has an earlier today section which shows all your notifications, don't think i saw this on beta 2

Yes, there's no extra swipe up on the "already in/authenticated and swipe down". It's all in one place now. On the actually lock screen however there are no notifications at all until you swipe up, then it appears exactly as I described. lol two steps forward, one step back o_O

So the "earlier today" notifications are immediately there? shown right below recent? Screenshot would be great.

On the notifications screen they are. Nothing at all on the lock screen until you swipe up then you get the "Earlier today" and everything else by date, all in once place.

I would also love this. My router is strong enough to give me a worthless connection up the street, and I always use CC to turn off WiFi as I'm leaving, but then turn it back on again when I'm far enough away to be free of it.

Pretty sure OSX Server is new in Files app

New "OS X Server" location in Files app. Don't have a server to test with and it just pops up a grey box that disappears for now.
