On the notifications screen they are. Nothing at all on the lock screen until you swipe up then you get the "Earlier today" and everything else by date, all in once place.

Wth? So what if you get a notification? It just lights up the screen and shows nothing?

I already forgot "earlier today" as it was, finding notifications from days ago randomly. Now i will miss even more.

Here i was thinking the lock screen / notification center merger couldnt get any worse ...

That has to be a bug. No way they're not showing notifications on the lock screen.

Whole thing feels heavier and clunkier to me. Even tried a hard reboot. Maybe it’ll speed up in time, but this feels slower than B2 on my iPhone 7.

Revising this. New notifications do indeed appear on the lock screen. Swipe up gets you to "Earlier Today" and everything before that. The actual Notifications screen shows New notifications, "Earlier Today" and all the previous ones but default. No swipe up required.

Voicemail issue on iPhone 7 with T-Mobile on beta 3. A red dot shows up on Phone icon and inside on voicemail and says call voicemail. No Visual Voicemail.

Beta 3 is terrible stay away guys go back to ios 10.3.3 in 10min of beta 3 on one device it lagged crashed and just feels so slow nothing is fixed in speed opening closing animations are slow there is no reason to have ios 11 yet nothing new to be fair

What device are you using? I have and iPad 10.5 and iPhone 7 Plus and it feels so much smoother just in the few things I tested. Night and day from beta 2.
