iOS 11 Beta 3: Changes, Bug Fixes, Enhancements, etc.

You might want to remove and add the dev profile again.
It’s a quite commun issue.

Same thing happened to me. I thought I had bricked my iPad cause of how long it was taking. Took forever, and then finally it installed correctly.
 
this is probably not going to be of interest to many of you, but if you were using the playgrounds app, you can now rotate the viewer, whereas before you could only zoom in and zoom out.

Major problems with video on the 7 plus. Sling, Hulu, plex tested so far, in each case videos may play, but complete loss of volume control and the phone completely locks inside of video with ability to exit. hard reboot required to return phone to normal operation. If you need video functionality proceed with caution, this may be a build to skip!

Quickly tested with Plex and Netflix. Plex had no video, though I could control the audio. Netflix worked ok.

It’s still on watchOS 4 beta 2, if I’m not mistaking. Which is a not so good beta. Beta 1 was much better.
Patiently waiting for Beta 3 ...

If you're connected to wifi and actively using the connection and/or have AirPods connected and active, it'll keep those radios on until you specifically disable them. Airlines don't require disabling those radios typically.

I selected comcast xfinity and I got a notification that it currently isn't supported by single sign on but would remember my selection for the future when it does become available.
 
Visual voicemail completely nonfunctional and replaced with a "Call Voicemail" button in the middle of the page (AT&T carrier)

I got the same thing, but then it let me log in. Might be a sign that launch is coming in the Fall.

Just restart the device or quit the app from the multitasking.
