Alright. I'm really tempted to jump to Beta 4 but I'm afraid that the lock dim issue will come up again.
Well I wish I could say you won’t have the issue but it’s worth a shot if you’re willing to spend the time to downgrade again.
How about a reset? I was able to reproduce the issue you have brought out, but for me, the resolution was to go into the individual notifications and set from there.
What might have helped in my case is this: As I can see, you have set the global to Never. Leave it to Always (default) and then go into individual settings and select Never. I also left the Touch ID settings at default enabled. At least that is what had worked for me. The global never setting also did not work. So I had put it back on Always, and went into individual settings for it, and that worked. Screenshots attached.

Yes, but there is a bug. The app loads, what you have typed does not come through. Happened in Messages where the app gets loaded but the text typed on either device doesn’t get loaded. Happened in Safari where I was typing a response in this very MR thread on the Mac and wanted to attach photos so thought hey why not, pick it up on the brand spanking new iPhone, lo and behold, Safari opens, the page opens and the quote is there, but my text is not. This is a bug.

Are you talking about then screen going dark and suddenly is unresponsive and need to lock the phone then unlock it? If it’s that then on mine is still there but I didn’t do a fresh install.

Bugs I’ve noticed immediately:
-accessing notifications in setting gets stuck and doesn’t access notifications
-3d Touch is delayed
-random blue top bar stating an app is using my location services.
-phone is getting pretty warm

• Sometimes on video playback, the volume control still shows up in the middle of the screen.
• Apple TV remote widget won’t connect to my Apple TV (maybe not a bug; it’s last-gen Apple TV)
• The lightning earpods can be used to place calls, but the microphone on them doesn’t pick up. The phone microphone does instead.

When I take a live photo and open it in the photos app, then select a loop, bounce or other effect for the photo, that photo cannot be used at full resolution any more as a lock screen wallpaper. It is however shown as desired in the photos app.
Opening the photo again in the photos app, and setting it to "live photo", the very left-hand option, allows the photo to be once again used in full resolution as a wallpaper.

For Apple Watch users the blue unread dot will stay on a read message on iPhone until the message has been read on the watch.
PB3 is not an improvement on my SE. It gets hot a lot, battery drops quite a lot too. Messages don't get marked as read. Safari glitches and force closes all the damn time. Maybe I should reinstall it. I tried soft reset and rebooting but it's not helping. Too bad, PB2 was amazing.

Feedback assistant keeps saying there was an error, even after I restarted my device. Any advice?
Finally decided to take the plunge, and overall happy with Beta 4.

First page says it still does not work for EE in the UK for some reason.
Hard restart seems to fix for all others though so far.
Notifications are working fine here, 3D Touch it’s indeed delayed, I have the blue bar too on apps that use location like maps or Waze, when they are closed the blue bar is gone, and it only shows if I swich to another app or go to the main page, and last, my phone is not getting warm like B3. 7+ here 2.

It works well but I have an issue.
I've always used a purchased ringtone. It is on the phone, I can set it as ringtone but it won't work.
