[doublepost=1501072033][/doublepost]When you’re on landscape and open mail that has been not open before or in a long period of time, when you open in that way it will only show a blank screen, until you put you phone vertical again.
I hope you have logged bug.
I have also reported it.

When I receive a message or any other notification and the phone is with the screen facing up, it does not lit up the screen, just a white flash for half a second. Anyone with this problem?
Yes.

Sirius app doesn't play work from Control Center. Not able to hit play or pause. Doesn't do anything. Also have some issues when using Spotify with similar behavior.

How about a reset? I was able to reproduce the issue you have brought out, but for me, the resolution was to go into the individual notifications and set from there.

What might have helped in my case is this: As I can see, you have set the global to Never. Leave it to Always (default) and then go into individual settings and select Never. I also left the Touch ID settings at default enabled. At least that is what had worked for me. The global never setting also did not work. So I had put it back on Always, and went into individual settings for it, and that worked. Screenshots attached. :)

Mine are set exactly like that and you can still click view on the lock screen and read the incoming text.

I had this happen to me yesterday while I was on the freeway. I have never seen this before in previous iOS versions. (Screenshot below) It also completely stopped navigation on me at least twice during my commute. I’ve also had a issue reoccur that midway through my commute if I stop at a signal light Siri will speak a direction back from the beginning of my commute. So I have experienced quite a bit of issues across these four betas with Maps specifically. I’m trying to use it! Ha ha!

Yep this is happening with me also .. at least I can delete an old destination without it crashing now but driving it loses direction and the app closes on me.. and of course during critical times when I need maps help.. LOL

I’m sure it’ll be fixed. Just wanted it out there to let people know to be careful when their phone is just sitting around.

Of course. Since I do not work in an environment where I demand that kind of privacy, it would have skipped me had I needed it, and would surely irk me if I needed it and could not have it. Good find.

Am I the only one who thinks that it's actually getting worse in terms of bugs? Beta 2 had issues with charging. In Beta 3, I had a random respring issue after quitting an app. Now in Beta 4, my iPad Air 2 just randomly locks up while entering the multitasking view, needing a hard reset. This has happened like 4 times today, and it's super annoying.
Yes I know, I chose the beta life myself, but I thought this was supposed to get better with each beta release. I've been trying out iOS betas since iOS 7, and iOS 11 Beta is the worst as far as I can remember.

Has anyone tried using Watch OS 4 beta 4?

I's using it and am 99% happy with it. The one niggle I have is they removed the time elapsed within the workout app (at least for runs and walks) and instead display calories burned, total calories, distance and heart rate. I wasn't able to find a way to get it back.

Maybe a repair would fix that?

Many times, a repair does fix it.

Seems like you're the only one.

JK...

With betas, there's just too many configurations to expect the majority of people to have the same issues...especially with all of the different apps, memory levels...blah blah blah

Just hard restart and hope for the best...

I’m not a developer so I don’t have access to the watchOS beta, but there is an option in the Watch app on the phone: go to workouts/trainings, the top option workout view and then you can customize what is displayed during the individual workouts.

No way to get it back via this option?

Don't know if this is new, but I just recognized it for the first time.

When I put a finger on the Home Button in the Touch ID & Passcode settings that finger gets highlighted in the Fingerprints section. Great for me because I forgot to put in individual names for each finger.
I think that’s been there since iOS 7
[doublepost=1501097558][/doublepost]Aside from not being able to turn on “use cellular data for automatic downloads” setting in the iTunes/App Store section of settings, I haven’t experienced any bugs with beta 4. However, battery life continues to be pretty bad for me. On my 6S Plus, after about 2 hours of usage (mainly Safari but also some music) my battery is down to 49%.

UI Change in the TV app. Play button is no longer a large circular button with the play icon. It’s now a smaller circle button with the icon and has the word Play next to it.

Battery life in my case (iPad Pro 9.7 with PB3) is significantly worse than on PB2.

Will continue to monitor after hard reset. Maybe is just the first 24h... although I was already rocking PB2 for 2 weeks
