I resolved mine by doing a full restore. And checking start as new phone/device rather than restore from backup. Though I know that isn’t a realistic solution for everyone.
I noticed mine isn't synching between my Mac running High Sierra and my 7+ running iOS11...so yeah, I guess it's a bug related to iCloud
I like the new animation when turning on low power mode from the CC, it would be awesome if the battery would indicate the real battery life.
It is a rather odd bug and currently defeats any purpose. I start typing in Notes, and if I open Notes normally via Springboard, the text is there. But, if I use app switcher and continuity to open Notes, nothing - just the Notes app listing all my notes.
Safari has iCloud Tabs working fine, but as I am typing this response, if I use app switcher on iPhone (iOS 11 beta 4) to access Safari so I. can continue typing the rest and finish my sentence on the iPhone, it will open the page and the quote beginning from QUOTE to /QUOTE just fine - but this response that I am typing - will not be there. Defeats all purposes. 
Just a question about downgrading from the beta back to the latest release version...
Since installing the beta I've backed up via iCloud, will I still be able to downgrade and restore from iCloud? I've had it before where my iCloud backup was a newer version than the iOS version I was on if that makes sense... Also I've messed with a few live pics and added a few loops on them (backed up with apple photos) would they revert back or just be screwed up?

That current (public) beta is pretty stable for me. Battery is ok for me. Aside from some minor glitches (e.g. Podcasts App shows duplicates of an episode after download directly on the device and synching with iTunes), this is one of the best (public) betas I had installed on an iOS device.

I had this issue in an earlier beta. Turned off iCloud Photo Library, erased all photos on iOS device using image capture on a Mac, turned iCloud Photo Library back on. Worked fine.
In this beta occasionally a photo I took on iPhone 7 will not upload to iCloud or photos from other devices will not download. Usually just taking a new photo on iPhone seems to solve problem.

My Battery information doesn't show up..
I have even done a fresh installed and used the phone for 48 hours and it still wont display??
I’ve had this happen both in the beta and even on 10.3.3 not sure why it happens and haven’t found a solution yet
Can't blame you there as not having an avenue to go back outside of shipping the watch off to Apple is a scary prospect but I leapt and have had fewer issues than when I was running WatchOS 3 with iOS 11.

I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this problem: the App Store on my iPhone doesn’t show any updates.
I can install apps from the App Store, that is not the problem.
Even though I restarted the phone the App Store won’t show any updates to be installed, while my iPad shows more than a half a dozen for apps that are on both devices and were updated the same day.
Anyone else have this problem?

I don't know if it's been said before but...
I've just noticed that pictures marked as "hidden" in my iCloud photo library, don't appear in the folders/albums they are located in.
The album icon indicates the number of photos inside, but when opened, it's said "0 photos".
As if hidden pictures/videos weren't synchronized.

Has anyone tried to edit a photo, specifically a photo with Depth Effect and HDR?
Making a change to the photo, like cropping, and then reverting back to original, it seems to permanently "de-saturate" the photo, so the colors are less vibrant. When I go to edit said photo again, the color saturation returns, but when I exit the editing screen, it reverts back to being un-saturated. Very odd bug.

Excellent Beta so far but I've downgraded back to 10.3.3 - speed/stability is everything and 10.3.3 is that for me.
I believe it's how it's meant to work unless they change it by the time iOS 11 is finalized. All of those hidden photos are only viewable in the Hidden album.
I am on both iPhone and Watch betas. Both betas so far are pretty good (for a beta). I have noticed and reported 2 issues:
- my screen brightness at 100% is not as bright as it used to be (iPhone 7 Plus)
- I can't start music playback using the Music app on my watch as it complains that there is no music stored on the Watch. I can't locate where to switch the Music source
