I have a strange one - I have the latest developer beta installed on my first gen iPad 12.9 and was going to downgrade it back to iOS 10. Trying to turn off find my iPad and it's stuck with the message "Turning off Find My iPad" the the little spinner going on forever. Restarting doesn't fix it. Any ideas? Can't downgrade with this turned on.

Using dev 4 on my iPhone 5S - no problems at all really, in many ways feels smoother.

Biggest annoyance for me is when you go from the app switcher to the home screen - there is a blur effect that seems to hang around a little bit too long on the icons/text. Feels like just a few milliseconds too long - certainly enough to be noticeable enough that it is slightly irritating if you are paying close attention.

Also, the new Notification Centre is just really weird/pointless. I rarely used it anyway, but just what?

The Notification Center is basically the same with regards to functionality. Now instead of being a blurred background on top of your home screen, it uses your lock screen photo and includes the date and time. Functionally it behaves the same though. I’ve come to really like it.

But gone is the design thinking of "layers to establish hierarchy and order". You'd expect to pull down a layer to be on top of another, not be transitioned elsewhere. Little inconsistent details like this me bug me more than they should.

Think I jinxed myself - now my CPU is pegged to 100%, and phone feels like its on fire. Time to downgrade.

Wait - might be Photos scanning Faces again, seems to have removed them all... will see.

Experiencing a weird bug in this beta where app badges for messages doesn’t clear even after reading the messages. A reboot doesn’t clear it too.

I had this bug in the previous beta but you have to force close the app to get rid of the badges and relaunch it

It's a Wiki. I think, by definition and spirit of wiki, everyone should be able to edit and add to it!

Yet, there are some here who report an inability to add or edit the first post and I don't know why is that. Maybe mods might be able to shed light on it, why some users cannot edit the first post and some can.
Has to do with how many posts a user has made.

Who can create and edit?
Registered users with at least 25 posts can both start Wiki threads and edit existing Wiki threads. If someone abuses their privileges, they will be banned from future Wiki editing.in amount, the wikis are available to edit.

Hope the smart invert feature will be improved. Currently the phone slows to a crawl if this is enabled.

I’m with you. The lock screen photo drives me crazy.

The only bug I’ve noticed so far on air2 is it will randomly stay locked after I press home button to wake. Doesn’t seem to be any one cause of this.

I haven't but that feature was announced at WWDC (or someone found it in some of the material released afterwards). I think that's a pretty useful function. At least until someone figures out how to make it a pull rather than a push, that is!

Photos in all the betas has been a dumpster fire. Consuming massive amounts of battery in the background, refusing to sync properly, deleting albums, not saving edits, mislabeling faces...I’ve submitted like a dozen reports just for the one app.

I had the same problem. It cleared after I hard reset several times and force closed several times after that

Having this issue with the notifications sometimes being off center.
I had the same issue on my 6 Plus. I hard reset my phone later on for unrelated reasons and that seemed to fix it
