its crazy when we talk about daily driver. iOS needs a half year after final release to become stable and when apple announce the next iOS, the last iOS is rock solid. why people do this? masochism?
 
Agreed. After reading the main beta 5 thread, opinions on performance are decidedly mixed with this build. I'm considering staying with PB3 when PB4 is released later today.

Yes, it's funny how for some people B5 is worse than B4.

For me B4 was "next to unusable" (as in "I was about to downgrade but decided to wait"), and B5 feels almost like a GA.
 
I'm using my iPhone 7 with the latest beta as my main, everyday phone. And it's absolutely fine. But I don't use my phone to fly planes or carry out surgery.

you are right but its far from daily driver and silly to recommend it someone who needs his device in real life

Not all developers (younger/hobbyist) can afford a second iPhone to test their app functionality on, especially after forking out for the developer membership.
