I get your point and understand what you mean, but personally when I want to turn off Wi Fi and Bluetooth, I want them off, not just disconnect them. Maybe it's a matter of getting use to it. I thought I was going to be able to do the same as IOS 10 that turns these options off instead of disconnecting them. But hey...

You can still do it inside settings. But... if you turn airplane mode on and disable Bluetooth and WiFi afterwards, it does completely shut them off.
But I can see how people will be frustrated at first when using it... I hated it at first. Now I fully understand why did they do it, and it helped me to appreciate it more. :)

I’m continuing to experience the bug of the control center Music player controls no longer working or showing album art and song info. Doesn’t happen all the time, but regularly. Anyone else?
Yes, me too, and way more often with this latest beta. Really needs fixing, it's happening super often for me.

Overall things are running pretty smooth though and I've encountered relatively few issues. Progressing pretty well towards a GM it feels like. Just a few key bugs to squash and I think it'll be pretty solid.

One bug I found was when launching CSR2, then close the game. The wallpaper stays in landscape even when you turn your phone into portrait. And when you have assistive touch turned on, the button stays in place in landscape as well.

Glad to know I’m not the only one. Yeah, it’s annoying and needs to be fixed.

Cannot Connect to The App Store bug still persistant for me. Did a full restore via iTunes and installed the ipsw file to no avail. Any hints?

Can anybody with CarPlay confirm that the screen is no longer switching to night mode when driving at night? I enjoy using it while I drive now that it follows the arrow in third person like Waze even if you’re not navigating but that screen is BLINDING when it’s dark outside.

Quite weird though, Apple says there have been a lot of fixes for battery drain in beta 7, and I don’t see a change in battery life especially while using GPS based apps.

I get that message as well on the Today page only, but very sporadically. I see what you're referring to though. Honestly, it could just be server side issues as I don't remember App Store connection problems being a known issue. Don't quote me on that, however :D

Hi, not sure if anyone is having the same issue with Touch ID? It happened just now that It wouldn’t let me unlock the phone using Touch ID. iI reset the device hoping it would work. At first it did the same thing then it worked using the Touch ID. Anyone else facing this?

Device: iPhone 7 Plus
iOS: beta 7

Have you tried to or mistakenly used the Emergency SOS feature by tapping home button 3 times/5 times?
There’s a new feature in iOS that disables Touch ID when you use Emergency SOS when on the lock screen.

Are you sure? It's annoying since when I want to toggle them off, it's to turn them off, not just disconnect.
From release notes:

Control Center
New Features
• Tapping the Wi-Fi button in Control Center now disconnects from the current network and
temporarily disables Wi-Fi networking. (32299242)
Resolved Issues
• The expanded Wi-Fi UI in Control Center now updates the network name when
transitioning between networks. (32280116)
• The Bluetooth button behavior in Control Center now mirrors that of the Wi-Fi control.

Anyone else experiencing a higher data usage on iOS 11?

I didn’t start getting warnings until I switched over.

I never used to hit 30gb

Where are my yearly new wallpapers though.
Will be available in the GM build most likely.

Interestingly enough Android 8.0 Oreo launched yesterday with no new wallpapers at all, just the one that came out with the first dev beta. Pretty strange.

I have that message but I can search for app....

So do I. The search function, Updates and Today Apps are working properly but I can access Games and Apps on bottom menu.
