For a few minutes, my phone removed the carrier name, and then brought it back.
Wonder if the iPhone 8 isn't gonna show carrier name at all with the new status bar

Same thing happened to me, though it was while I was on a call and while the carrier name disappeared, so did the call. It’s seems to have totally shut down the modem and then it kicked back on. Not good.

Seems a little on the short side. However, anything YouTube does tend to kill the battery fairly easily. And that’s on a 7.

Curious, why would you need quick access to change location settings often? Thats pretty much a set and forget setting.

I can never get watchOS 4 beta 7 to pop up so I can update... anybody else have success? It’s a series 0. It’s probably that time where they’re gonna screw up the old watch so we give in to buying the new one.

I also have a series 0-- this was by far the longest I've had to wait for it to find the update, but it installed no problem once it found it. Just wait it out. Took 5-10 minutes before the update began to download, iirc.

On iPhone 7 if I press the home button to close an app then swipe the homescreen (springboard?) to go to another home page with apps. This action often lags a bit and looks choppy.

Hey guys! I’ve been on the iOS 11 beta trail on my iPad mini 4 reporting bugs to Apple, and just put it on my iPhone now that the Square app is no longer crashing on iOS 11 (need the app for my business). Now I’m seeing this landscape keyboard on my 7 Plus. Is this a new change of the keyboard for iOS 11 or is this an ugly bug? I actually got used to the keyboard under iOS 10 after having this phone for the last few months, so hopefully it’s a bug and it didn’t change.

I’m pretty sure it’s a permanent change.Sadly, it’s been this way throughout the betas.

An issue that made the screen get stuck in landscape and make the Home screen wallpaper and Lock screen landscape appears to still be there from previous beta

I reinstalled the PB and this issue was gone.

Couldn’t agree more! It’s ridiculous that there is not a button for this. Out of WiFi, BT and LS, LS is the one I need it for the most. If I don’t have a need for it, I want an easy way to turn it off. It’s a battery hog.

Happens here a lot. Can you check your CC controls the next time it happens? Here it usually also breaks the volume control. Try altering the volume in the music app and then check the CC slider: It should be set to the old value.

Reported it twice already with screencasts showing off the widget/CC desync. This happened a lot in the last beta, only encountered 2 or 3 times so far in beta 7. A restart fixes it for a few hours.

Yes, I’ve also noticed the volume slider breaks too when this happens. Interestingly, it’s been happening less lately, and I could be detecting a false pattern, but it seems to happen more frequently after using certain apps (non-Apple).

I have a bug with Files App: when I read a pdf after a few movements across the pdf (up and down the pages), it resets and goes back to the first page. and if I write something with the apple pencil it deletes. Am I the only one to have it? I have PB6, I had the same problem on PB5, but not PB4.

I was able to fix the second issue you mentioned by resetting all settings. Location based reminders have always been hit or miss for me ever since they were introduced in iOS 5 so I haven’t used them in years.

The weather is constantly using location when connected to Apple Watch. Ever since iOS 11 beta 1. Also Apple Watch faces. The open location arrow is always on when Apple Watch is connected. In iOS 10, this never showed. Are they ever gonna fix this? Does everyone else with the watch experience this?

Reset all settings what a huge solution ... I try reset important places but doesn’t work
Reminders in places works in iOS 10 like a charm

For the past couple of betas I’ve had the music player appear on the lock screen randomly. It doesn’t go away until I open and close the Music app. Can’t work out what’s triggering it but it’s annoying!

Is smart invert totally broken for anyone else? Since about beta 4 when I toggle it it just applies a green tint to my phone all throughout iOS, no inversion of colors at all.

I don't have this problem, but invert colors have still a couple of annoying bug like when you restart your phone and have to enter password, the colors is still inverted so you don't see the keyboard well to enter the password. Also, incoming calls with full screen picture is still inverted when in DB6 it was inverted only if you receive a call when your phone was on standby, but now, it hapens all the time.

Has anyone experienced lag when replying to email and text? The keyboard doesn't appear sometimes when I try to reply to a text. Or on email and outlook, just getting the pop-up to reply needs several taps.
