Is the 32-bit compatibility gone as expected?

From the release notes:

32-bit Apps

• Selecting Learn More from the prompt after tapping on a already installed 32-bit app does nothing. (32340711)
  
  
• Syncing 32-bit apps via iTunes leaves a placeholder for the app. (32356790)
  
  
• iOS apps may target iOS 10 or earlier to continue including a 32-bit slice. (31597913)

Google photos is working but it is having issues backing up the new photos taken after upgrading to iOS 11. Says “file is too big or file type not recognized”. Anyone else getting that?

The back button and profile image on WhatsApp have fused together. It's a UI problem but it may be harder to press the back button.

EDIT: the keyboard is covering the add media button too

Which device is this on? I wonder if it varies as layout differs?

Could be either the new Photos permissions or the new photo formats. I'm having issues sharing to WhatsApp sometimes too.
