Nope, it always comes out at 1pm eastern time and 10am pacific time, which is in 39 minutes
Im pretty sure every update came out at 19 oclock here in germany. So its still 1 hour and 37 mins left
Look at old macrumors articles when iOS versions were released to the public. They’re always posted at 1pm eastern, or 18 o’clock germany time

Good thing the time got pushed back and not forward, it’s better to be early than late for work

As other users mentioned, time got pushed back an hour. So 19 o’clock in March is 18 o’clock now.
Europe (or at least most of it) jumped back an hour this passed weekend, while US (or at least most of it) will only do it this upcoming weekend.

I disabled the beta program for my two 4gen Apple TV. Though, both are running tvOS 11.1.
