It's off topic for this thread, but that's not fixed in 10.13.2.
Very curious as to what is going on with that error.

Also, while this is the iOS 11 Release Speculation thread, I feel that this conversation is relavent to helping speculate releases of iOS due to the fact that this bug is cross platform and most likely is playing a part in when we will see releases. We could always go back to either guessing or waiting for something from Madscotsman if you’d rather haha.

Not fixed. I'm getting even more errors now.
Noooooo!

Not before 2018, I guess.
Actually they were a lot of rumors regarding to bring Apple Pay to Germany. If I remember correctly it was September-October. Something went wrong, so Apple has delayed the launch. However, I have started to notice that large supermarkets are starting to promote contactless payments.

RE Apple Pay Expansion in Europe:

My guess, not be before 2018. Apple has currently other construction sites than Apple Pay. With iOS 11.2.1 we saw an update for the files within in the German and Dutch Payment engine. Apple Pay Cash might launch early 2018 in Europe.

Re macOS 10.13.2:

No fix for the date bug? What are they doing at Apple?

Looks like next week for 11.2.1:

Apple Statement
"The issue affecting HomeKit users running iOS 11.2 has been fixed. The fix temporarily disables remote access to shared users, which will be restored in a software update early next week."
