I wouldn't say no chance because anything is possible. Maybe unlikely but wouldn't surprise me if they did.
Well there ya go. So there IS a chance Apple will start a new beta before the holidays. As stated, anything is possible and would not surprise me at this point.

I really don’t think that implies anything if we look at last year, which saw macOS 10.12.3 beta over a month before we saw iOS 10.3 beta.

That "month 13 is out of bounds" could be an issue around new year and it is still not fixed...

I was just about to post that. macOS get more builds than iOS. macOS 10.12.3 came with 10.2.1 iOS beta.
I'm not on the beta train on macOS on my private Mac...
Also hearing that there are NO betas floating around for iOS. My source has full iOS versions.
Maybe doesn't imply anything regarding iOS, BUT does dispute the idea that Apple will not start a new beta this close to the holidays. That's all I meant.
But this is exactly the same as last year and the year before that. Isn't the dispute about a major iOS beta before the start of the holidays? Usually a .3 build of macOS comes with a .2.1 build for iOS. So I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow we get 11.2.1 and Wednesday 11.2.2 beta.
