There is certain functionality, like Business Chat, we haven't seen yet. Maybe those major 11.3 features that haven't been released yet are holding it up. We could still see something tomorrow or Thursday I think.

Through iMessage

So that would make sense as to maybe why we're still on the 2 week cycle. Usually as "features" are released between betas, we stick to the 2 week schedule. Since Business Chat wasn't here with the previous beta, this makes sense.

Maybe Apple also held back iMessages in the Cloud from earlier releases of iOS 11, because they were going to build in iMessage for Business Chat anyways?

I am ok with Apple sticking to 2 week cycles if it gives them more time to fix things (though, remember, internally, they're several builds ahead anyway). As for Business Chat, that has the smell of a feature we're not going to see until Public Release.

The functionality for business chat could already be in the client - just an "address book" for businesses that are enabled hasn't been pushed to most beta devices - likely only with those companies that they're testing with.

I'd suspect the banks may be part of that group....who was it that was providing info on the Apple Pay launches? :) Maybe they've seen something?

Obviously yes.

Not really. We know based on 10.3, we should have expected Beta 4 to follow the week after Beta 3 was released. But that's not indicative of which day of the week. We could get it later today, or tomorrow, but unlikely Friday, and maybe even next week. Apple doesn't only release betas at 10AM PST on specific days of the week, but generally there is some trend.

Come Friday afternoon, we should know for sure.
Seems like it's happening. Hope beta 4 has some improvements.
Obviously yes.
Not obvious. They can release a beta on any day.

What I meant to say is, it looks like we may still be on a 2 week cycle, which would be the same as iOS 9.3 beta 3 was. Same with 8.3, 10.3 is the outlier.

The feature already exists for testing.
