That’s exactly what I thought, 11.3 is only in beta 3 how can the final come out next week and what’s the accessory maker brand “Shure” talking about? Could they know something we don’t know?
I think that they are doing it to promote there company they know apple fans want 11.3 so they say there things work with 11.3 public beta and say its coming next week to get promo, I might be wrong but I doubt apple will be ready for 11.3 final after 3 betas, but I would love to be wrong

Well ios 11 was released without being ready. What would stop them releasing 11.3 full of bugs?
A new beta this week that includes a fix for their app is much more likely.
I believe the current beta already fixes it.
Perhaps there was either a misunderstanding between new beta release and final release, or maybe there's an 11.2.7. Seems a bit soon for that though.
I hope 11.3 beta 3 or 4 comes with the fix for the Shure MV88 microphone since I'll be recording a show on Friday.
The recording of the same show from last Thursday when I tried to record audio with IOS 11.2.6 failed miserably.
It started a new file after 50min (1st error) then didn't record anything for about 20min (2nd error) when it decided to continue recording until the end of the show.
All on iPhone X.

Out of curiosity, what many bugs? 11.2.6 was released because of that letter that caused serious crashes. Do you think they’ll release 11.2.7 just because this specific Shure microphone doesn’t work?
Personally i hope next week. I'd rather they did them bi-weekly and sorted out the bugs properly than keep throwing out betas.
Hopefully thats the way they shift for iOS 12.
