Which is odd, as, aside from the screen size, it has the same internals as the Xs. But it is pushing more pixels, as they say, so perhaps that's part of the equation.
Yeah , it’s a beautiful phone with so many problems ..

Yep and the XR is similar too other than the display and the 2x2 antenna design. (as far as connectivity, and lag and speed etc) And it seems to not have the reported issues the XS and XSM seem to have. If you remember the 6 Plus always had the most issues like that too (vs the 6) so probably related to your theory.Which is odd, as, aside from the screen size, it has the same internals as the Xs. Sounds like a carrier profile setting then... I know I had different options become available when my carrier updated the profile in beta 1I don't seem to have that option. It's an uneditable string provided by T-Mobile.
This is the bug I was speaking of - dock apps won't respond to touch gestures until 1000ms have passed. This only happens if you fast navigate (i.e. swipe up to return to home) from a non-home screen.
Anybody ever usually run these betas on their iPads? Just running the stock 12.1 on mine and seems fine so far but always run the beta on my phone
Anyone with iPhone XS, XS Max or XR on this beta able to confirm whether physical SIM or eSIM can be turn off?
Since putting Beta 3 on my IPP, I am seeing it is very slow to charge once it hits 90%. Or at least the indicator is slow to change. So far so good for me. Battery seems fine over the last 24hrs and no glitches so far.
Had an issue earlier today while I was at work trying to check a price for a customer. I unlocked my phone and immediately opened the Target app. My iPhone 10 then displayed a black screen. I figured I’d wait for it to respiring and reboot back up, but this was not the result. I had to manually hold the power button to power it back on.
I wonder if this has something to do with 3rd party apps.
I’m currently running 12.1.1 beta 3 on my iPhone.
Reported it to Apple.
After 24 hours, can anyone give any info regarding battery life?
Anyone else not receiving any notifications for email through the iOS mail app? I get them on my watch but zilch, nada, nowt on my X Max. I’ve restarted, disabled and re-enabled but to no avail. Ta.
I’m getting badges, but nothing else.
Looks like from post #1 there are no new features/changes, no new issues and no resolved issues. Interesting beta I suppose. (or not very interesting I guess I should say)
So all-in-all how is 12.1.1 b3 comparing to the 12.1 release at this point?
Anyone on 12.1.1 running the new messenger (new design and all)? I’m on 12.1.1 Beta 3 8 plus and I still haven’t got it
